EDIT 7/30/26: TC Siding completed all outstanding items to our satisfaction within a month of the original review. We want to note that management responded and completed this work within days of posting the original review. Prior to going public, we had requested these repairs multiple times over six months with no action. If you hire TC Siding, be aware that their responsiveness to warranty issues may require public accountability to get results. The work quality is solid once completed, but internal communication and follow-through need improvement. 5/26/26: Will update this review once outstanding items are resolved. We hired TC Siding last fall for a complete siding replacement. While the initial responsiveness was good, we've had significant issues with project management and follow-through that remain unresolved. Issues requiring immediate attention: 1) Flashing failure: Flashing has come off three separate times. We need a permanent fix, not repeated temporary repairs. 2) Downspouts: Downspouts were reattached at single attachment points. This was done because a rainstorm was forcasted at the time but was intended as a temporary fix. This work started last fall and has not been completed despite multiple requests. 3) Additional unfinished items: Window flashing that needs caulking was never completed. We were initially told old front windows would be wrapped as part of the initial sales pitch but later told that was not possible. Scheduling and communication: 1) Unannounced 6:30am arrivals on the siding work 2) Scheduling subcontractors without notification 3) Booking appointments on dates we specifically said were unavailable 4) Crew no-shows after siding removal 5) Repeated no-shows for the complaints above What we need: Someone from management to contact us, schedule completion of the gutter work, and provide a permanent solution for the flashing issues. We've been patient and have gone to the company many times before posting this review but we ha

Thank you for taking the time to update your review. We appreciate that you acknowledged the outstanding items were completed to your satisfaction and that management responded quickly to resolve your concerns within just a few days of your original review. We understand that no company is perfect, and when we fall short, we take responsibility and work to make things right. At the same time, we believe there is a meaningful difference between sharing constructive criticism and continuing to assign the same one-star rating after the issues have been addressed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction. From the moment your concerns were brought to our attention, management became directly involved to ensure they were handled promptly. Our goal was not only to complete the remaining work but also to restore your confidence in our commitment to quality and customer service. We had hoped the final outcome and our responsiveness would be reflected in your updated rating. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication, processes, and follow-through. We remain committed to standing behind our work and doing everything we can to make things right whenever we have the opportunity.

Mike showed up late for appointment, then NEVER PROVIDED AN ESTMATE - even after a over a month, a couple emails and a promise to get it to me. They should call themselves TC Siding flakes, not pros.

The work the actual crew does is fine, the problem we experienced was how unusually long the project took, the extremely poor (practically non-existent) communication from TCSP "project manager" and issues that TCSP and/or their recommended subcontractors wouldn't take responsibility for and not doing what they say they will do. SALES First I'll touch on the sales and design experience. At first I was really impressed by our salesperson. He seemed very knowledgeable and interested in our project. This all changed once we had agreed to move forward with them. With all the siding contractors I had asked if they have design services. Our salesperson said they did however when it came down to finalizing colors and materials he acted like we were really putting them out asking for a 3d design model so we could visualize the end result. We had to provide our own 3d drawing and try to update it ourselves... GREAT SERVICE (sarcasm).... anyway the fact that they were reluctant to provide a 3D design showing exactly what materials go where lead to a misunderstanding and ultimately disappointment for us. Of course the salesperson blew this off because "they didn't note" something we had requested when we were walking around the house... OK so they're lack of notation is my problem? Lessoned learned, get everything in writing from these guys. ELECTRICAL TCSP did the disconnect, left pieces of old electrical outlets strung out all over the place. They didn't note when there was an externally mounted outlet which lead to a still unresolved issue when the electricians cam in and replaced the outlets putting in a regular outlet (back to back with an indoor outlet = no insulation, a draft coming into our house through the outlet and ice on the indoor outlet (you'd think they'd take this hazard seriously and want to get it resolved but no). **Update: The electrician resolved the frozen interior outlet issue 1/23/23** SIDING, SOFFIT, FASCIA Our siding project was delayed 2 weeks d

Not a big enough job? Called up to have a job quoted for soffit repair. Was promptly told job wasn't large enough and not worth their time.

Speedy crews, reasonable prices and willing to assess and do a specific repair ( in my case a fairly small job) well and in a timely manner. Particularly appreciated the friend assessor who listened to what was needed and didn’t try to upsell me. Also their quote was very reasonable compared to other companies

I hired Twin Cities Siding & Roofing for a full soffit and fascia replacement, and the quality of the work is excellent. Cory runs a professional, steady operation, and his crew knows their craft. The cuts, lines, and transitions are clean and consistent, and the wrapped box ends and venting work turned out better than the original construction. Communication was clear throughout the project, and the crew stayed focused even with challenging weather. No pressure, no games — just straightforward execution and solid workmanship from start to finish. If you’re looking for reliable exterior work done the right way, Twin Cities Siding & Roofing is a strong choice. I’d work with Cory again.
