  Terrible company using subs for the install. I wish i had the option of less than 1 star for the review!The house has leaked around the siding and windows ever since they did the install. Every time they sent out a repair crew that only spoke spanish they would damage something else. Got into a shouting match with the owner Of Twin City Roofing James Geisen at my home over the quality of his install. Even though this install is still under warranty we do not want this company on our property or touching our home ever again! Do your home work on who you hire! I would strongly recommend hiring someone other than Twin City Roofing! Absolutely horrible!

  Improper installation, company would not fix the problem and do it over correctly, manufacture will not honor the warranty for new roof. Rubber roof was also incorrectly installed and twins city roofing all the way up the chain would not resolve and redo. Beware of fast talking Paul!

In reality, we’re just as concerned with the well-being of our team as we are with providing quality service. As mentioned by our sales representative, the structural issues with your garage require the expertise of a licensed structural engineer before any further work could safely be done. Our crew loves a good challenge, but we draw the line at compromising their safety for jobs where basic structural integrity is in question. We take pride in providing estimates for projects big and small, but safety will always come first.   I'm sorry to say that what once was a great company is now less than desirable. For starters the time it takes from start to finish is completely un-exceptable. No one updates you let alone gives you an accurate time frame on how long the project will take. Plus the turnover rate is unbelievable. I went through 4 sales people, before anything even got started on my home. Not the wrong company you had sent Rob, Alex, some Manager named Juan I think we are done with the run around. I'm not wasting ome more minute with this type of deception. This will be the last time I ever use this company again. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HOME.

  I had a good experience with Twin Cities Roofing. Zach was very helpful and responsive. The person who completed the work (kick-out flashing) did a great job. Overall, it was a very smooth and professional process.

  Twin City Roofing replaced the entire roof on my Minneapolis home. Zach came out to inspect the property and provided the quote. He was friendly, quick to respond, and provided thoughtful answers to each of my questions. The project was started about 3 weeks after the contract was signed with much of the work done in a couple days. Suzanne helped me with the final details and she, too, was friendly and answered all my questions. Overall, I found Twin City Roofing to be professional, fairly priced, and quick to get the job done. I will keep them in mind for future projects and recommend them to others!

  We couldn’t be happier with the roofing and siding work done by Twin City Roofing Construction Specialists. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left our property spotless when the job was done. A huge shoutout to their representative Zach, who made the entire process smooth and stress free. Zach was knowledgeable, honest, and always quick to answer questions. He kept us informed every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident with the project.   Great job addressing a valley between the garage and house that was causing water seepage. Robert and Zach came out promptly and had a well put together quote for us. They installed a metal pan with good quality install and a responsive team.

  The gentleman who came to give me a estimate was very helpful and did a wonderful job at it. Solomon made sure to look at everything to give me the best quote possibly. Which help me alot... I will definitely be referring him and this company to all of my friends that own homes.
