I am incredibly protective of the classic architectural style of my property, so I dreaded finding a team that would slap generic, ugly patches on my roof deck. The specialists from North Bay Roofing Pros located at 1540 John F Kennedy …

Becoming an adult apparently just means handing over immense chunks of cash for structural house parts you can't even see unless you buy a high-tech drone. When my structural inspector informed me that the old flashing was basically disintegrating, North Bay Roofing Pros at least made the sudden financial trauma tolerable. They completely skipped the high-pressure sales scripts, gave me a transparent breakdown, and didn't slip any phantom fees into the final paperwork. The crew knocked out the job on my North Bay Village house quickly and left me to mourn my bank account in peace.

Tracking down a contractor who actually shows up on time can be a real challenge around here, but North Bay Roofing Pros completely blew me away with their responsiveness. We noticed some worrying pooling water on our flat roof section in North Bay Village after a week of heavy downpours, and their inspector arrived the very same afternoon to check out the drainage. Instead of trying to scare us into an expensive, unnecessary replacement, he honestly pointed out a couple of compromised seams and gave us a straightforward, fair estimate for the targeted repairs. The crew knocked out the work seamlessly a few days later, reinforced the surrounding seals to withstand the coastal winds, and left the entire property completely spotless. Finding a company that pairs top-tier craftsmanship with genuine integrity is incredibly refreshing.

Good experience with North Bay Roofing Pros. Crew showed up on time, answered my questions, and cleaned up well. The metal roof looks awesome — really improved my home's curb appeal in North Bay Village. A couple neighbors have already asked who did it. Definitely recommend.
