Outstanding! Nick walked through the whole process. Roof Inspection, Insurance and installation. Great communication, super informative. Showed the shingle options and went with the 2026 Owens Corning shingling the year- Evergreen Mist. It looks incredible. The crew was amazing- they worked from sun up to sun down in +90° heat. Joe supervised the roof installation. They cleaned up and it looked like they were never there. No debris left behind. The quality of work is perfection. The more than fair pricing made it possible. Great job Nick and Joe- thank you. Highly recommend, super pleased.

We had a leak in our roof, so I called Nomad Restoration. Trevor came out the same day and inspected the roof, identifying the damage. We were able to file a claim on the same day. The following week, we had an inspection with our insurance …

Thank you for trusting NOMAD RESTORATIONS!

A roof leak can begin as a tiny opening and eventually affect insulation, ceilings, drywall, and structural materials. What makes leaks tricky is that water does not always appear directly beneath the damaged area. It can travel along decking or framing before leaving a visible stain inside the home. A careful roofing evaluation should examine flashing, roof penetrations, valleys, vents, and areas where different materials meet. After heavy rainfall, homeowners should look for new discoloration, damp insulation, peeling paint, or musty odors in attic spaces. Nomad Restorations can help identify the source of roofing problems and determine whether the issue requires a localized repair or more extensive work. Avoid covering a ceiling stain before the source of the moisture has been addressed, since the problem may continue behind the surface. Finding a leak early can make the restoration process much simpler and help prevent a small roofing issue from becoming widespread water damage.10 hours agoCall now
