  We do not recommend this company. Their salesperson lied and said he'd get us a new roof covered by our insurance company saying "it won't even cost you your deductible," which we later learned is fraud. Then he has us sign what I thought was an authorization for an estimate, but it was a commitment to do business with them. Just shady. Fast forward and the work was horrible, poor quality, workers arrived super early or super late each time they came, workers were messy, vulgar, and disrespectful on our property, job was incomplete and workers/supervisors had to return FIVE times to get it all done correctly. Three months from the start of the work until it was actually done properly. Their billing people literally harassed us via phone and email about having the insurance check signed over to them BEFORE the work was done correctly. One of the worst companies we've ever dealt with. Save yourself major headaches and choose a different roofer.

  Needed to add an attic fan to help cool down my house. I had Ryan come out and take a look at what I had for vents, we talked about the options, agreed to a plan and he gave me a fair price to do the work. No haggling, just an honest fair quote. The work was done within the time Ryan mentioned and the work looks great.

  We had an amazing experience with Noland’s Roofing. Ryan Mcbride, Jim Steere, and Michael were an absolute pleasure to work with. The workmanship was amazing. All our neighbors are congratulating how well it looks. Would definitely recommend Noland’s Roofing to anyone.

  Nolands roofing is the best! From our first contact with Robbie Gonzalez to Michael Erb our construction manager to Tabitha who handles all the paperwork we couldn’t be more pleased with the process, workmanship, professionalism and quality. And a big thanks to Ryan McBride for being there every step of the way and becoming more than a representative of Nolands but now a friend. You can’t go wrong with this organization. Two jobs for us, both excellent! Thanks to all!

  Let me tell you a little story about a man named Ryan McBride, and his amazing head of production Mike Erb. It’s a literal decade long story, so I’ll make it as short as possible. I was introduced to Ryan on an off chance, because he redid my parents roof over a decade ago now. Well, like a bunch of bafoons, my husband and I chose a different, horrendous company when we redid our roof. Que the violins- I’m talking horrible reroof. Leaks all over, nails through ceilings, catastrophic mess left over. Face palm moment for sure. My dad said, here, call Ryan and see if he can help. Well I did. Again, this was 10 years ago remember. Ryan came to my house, got us patched up, kept in touch over the years after storms, when my father passed, etc, just to make sure we were all set. Then 2024 came, and we got hit by Helene and Milton HARD. We called rapid response first because of insurance - but when they literally failed in every which way, I called Ryan. Ryan and Mike were at my house within 24 hours getting us to where we were at least not consuming water into our house like it was a good thing🤦🏼‍♀️ Our insurance company was a joke, and we ended up needing to move forward with an attorney to recover funds to repair our home. Well Ryan and Mike went ahead and reroofed the part of the roof that was literally no longer existent. Our home was left with zero waste on the ground, solid roofing, and glorious new fascia boards. We are now having them replace the secondary part of the roof, and it’s been the easiest thing in the world. Not only is Noland’s the best company to have replace your roof, the employees there truly, genuinely care for their clients, Ryan and Mike specifically. (Side note, I happened to complain to Ryan about how expensive it was to replace our fence - haven’t had to do that in 10 years- and he offered to come help my husband and knock it out on a Saturday. Now I can’t let him do that lol, but just shows the kind of people you get to work with and ge

  Navigating hurricane damage with our insurance company was not fun! Nolands Roofing came highly recommended to us and from first point of contact which was our rep Jim Steere we felt at ease. My wife and Jim even shared sourdough bread recipes. Jim was very knowledgeable with lots of experience. There were times when we were getting frustrated with our insurance company and lawyer and we got a call or two from Ryan McBride (West Coast General Manager) and he calmed the waters and gave us good direction. Once claim finally settled Nolands team led by Mike Erb (head or production) wasted no time getting our roof demolished, water tight, stocked and installed in record time compared to my neighbors roofs! I expected 3 weeks and Mike and team had us done in 1 week! I have 40+ years construction experience and this was my first ever insurance claim, normally I fix things myself. I am very particular and walked roof several times to inspect and was pleasantly surprised by Mike’s detail and constant communication. Respectfully, Happy Customers!

  I am 100% pleased with my new metal roof done by Noland's Roofing. Ryan McBride, my district manager, proved to be quite knowledgeable, up to date about all the quality materials & techniques needed, & was prompt in keeping me informed about project progress.
