Trust in this roofing team! This was our first time needing a full roof replacement and new gutters, so we were very nervous. With so many roofing crews going door to door after storm damage, it was hard to know who to trust. We wanted a reliable local roofer who could walk us through the whole process step by step and help us understand every part of the job. When we first called, mateo spoke with us like a homeowner, not like a pushy salesperson. He understood how stressful it can be for families to choose a new roof, deal with an insurance claim, compare roofing materials, review roof quality, and look at financing options. antonio and the crew were patient, honest, and clear when answering all of our questions, and we had a lot. They explained the roofing work, gutter replacement, and siding repairs in simple terms, which made us feel comfortable from start to finish. The whole experience was smooth and professional. kaden and the team gave us helpful support, kept good communication, and made sure we felt confident about the project. If you need a dependable company for roofing, gutters, or siding, this team is a great choice.

As a general contractor, I have used this roofing company on several homes, from standing seam metal roofs to composition shingle systems. Their pricing is very competitive compared to other roofers, and the workmanship and finish quality have been excellent every time. The management team and sales staff are professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with roofing projects of different sizes. They do a great job keeping each roofing project on schedule, communicating clearly, and responding quickly to any questions that come up during the work. In California’s warm weather, it is important to have a roofing crew that understands proper installation, ventilation, and durable materials, and this team has consistently delivered reliable results. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dependable roofing contractor for a new project or reroof.

we had a roof leak for a while and finally called for roofing help. giovanni came out to the house the next morning and was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. he inspected the roof, found the source of the leak within minutes, explained the issue clearly, and let us know what roofing part needed to be replaced. he left to pick up the needed material, came back quickly, and completed the roof repair the same visit. the whole appointment, including the trip to get the replacement part, took less than two hours. since the repair, we have had multiple rain storms and the roof has stayed completely dry with no leaks at all. the price was very fair for the quality of the roofing work and the overall service. it was clear he knew what he was doing and took pride in doing the job right. the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. i highly recommend this roofing service to anyone needing roof leak repair, roof maintenance, or dependable roofing work.

Nexo Xpert Roofing is the best roofing company I have worked with in Gardena, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. After dealing with two other big roofers during my new home build, I ended up needing a full roof replacement because of poor workmanship and major interior leaks. Choosing this team for the reroof was easily one of the best decisions I made, and I only wish I had hired them for the original roof installation. Mateo was excellent to work with and very thorough when explaining the process, answering my insurance questions, and helping me handle claim issues. He was also patient and flexible with my busy schedule and coordination with other contractors, which helped get the roofing materials ordered and the project completed quickly. The quality of the roofing products and the installation matched the great customer service. I have a very steep roof with a special panel system underneath, so the job required careful planning and precise workmanship. Antonio and the install crew were outstanding, friendly, professional, and very detail focused. They treated the project like they were working on their own home, with real care and pride in every part of the roof install. They listened to all of my concerns, big and small, and went the extra mile to make sure everything came out exactly the way I wanted. The cleanup was solid, communication stayed clear throughout the project, and the finished roof looks excellent. I highly recommend them for anyone needing roof replacement, roof installation, or help with a complicated roofing project.

We contacted Nexo Xpert Roofing to inspect our roof because from the ground it looked like a few shingles might be missing. They were able to come out the very next day, arrived on time, and were easy to work with. Kaden got up on the roof right away, did a careful shingle inspection, and called me while he was up there to explain what he found. It turned out there was no roofing problem at all. The darker areas we noticed were not missing shingles, just older replacement shingles that looked different from the rest. I appreciated how honest and professional the service was. Even though the issue was just a misunderstanding on our part, he was kind about it and did not make us feel uncomfortable. He also did not charge for the visit, which really showed integrity. In a place like Gardena where roofs take a lot of sun and weather exposure, it is great to know there is a roofing company that gives clear answers and does not try to sell work that is not needed. I would definitely recommend them for roof inspections, shingle concerns, and any future roofing work.

I had a few roofing companies come out to give me an estimate, and I was most impressed with Nexo Xpert Roofing. Mateo took the time to inspect the attic for any signs of roof leaks and explained that if any problem areas were found, they would protect those spots before starting the full roof replacement. He was very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. Their price was fair, not the highest and not the lowest, and I felt like the value was strong for the quality of the roofing service. When it was time to choose a shingle color, I had no idea what would look best, but Mateo helped us pick weathered wood, and I really love how well it blends with the house. The whole experience felt smooth, honest, and well handled, and I would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

During a strong storm, a tree came down on my house. After it was cleared away, I called Nexo Xpert Roofing to inspect the roof for any damage. Antonio arrived quickly for a free estimate and did a very careful roof inspection. He climbed up and checked the shingles in the area where the tree hit, looked over the flashing, and cleared off a heavy buildup of pine needles and roof debris that could wear down the roofing materials over time. He also went into the attic to make sure there were no signs of leaks, moisture, or hidden water damage. I was genuinely surprised when he told me the roof was still in good shape and that no roof repair was needed. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary work, he gave me a clear and professional assessment and explained what he saw in simple terms. It was obvious he knows roofing well and cares about doing the right thing. Even though I did not need repairs, the service, fast response, and integrity left a great impression on me. If I ever need shingle repair, storm damage service, or a full roof inspection in the future, I would feel completely confident calling them again. Highly recommended for honest roofing advice and dependable service.
