From day 1 Kevin has provided me with excellent customer service. If I had questions I was able to email him and he always responded in a timely manner. I had a concern and when his crew couldn't make it back out due to being at another job site, Kevin made it a point to come out himself and address the situation promptly. Im a busy mom, they helped me with picking the right color for my roof, Explaining to me the importance of choosing certain types of materials as far as the different types of siding. If i didn't need new material they didn't try to upsell me so I could stay within my budget. All in all even with bad weather, heat, issues with material delivery, Kevin and his crew were utterly professional. That's why I used Express Roofing And Siding for both my homes. Thank You To Kevin and his crew.

We recently had our roof replaced and I couldn't be more impressed! Kevin was incredibly responsive and made sure every question I had was answered. From the moment they arrived for the estimate to the completion of the project, they provided an exceptional experience. Kevin was honest, transparent, and communicative throughout the entire process, which gave us peace of mind. They even handled all the paperwork with our insurance, which made everything so much easier. The installation was completed on time, and the quality of the work is outstanding.
