  I'm very disappointed with Big Sky. They didn't fix anything we talked about. Kyle was right next to me when I signed the estimate and told me that everything we had talked about would be done. All they did was replace the deck and the shingles. Didn't fix the uneven peaks in the roof. They didn't replace the softets or any of the wood trim. They dented the wheel well on my trailer and left my attic a mess. After signing the estimate, I didn't hear from them for about four months after I contacted them.

  Big Sky came out to give us an estimate on a roof repair on April 29, 2025 and agreed to conduct the repair after we had received an insurance quote. As of May 20, 2025 we are still waiting to be scheduled for repairs. Big Sky kept pushing us back to chase the bigger jobs while our home repairs were neglected. Homeowners should be alert that Big Sky is an unreliable company and that they would be better served elsewhere.

  So far we could not be more happy with our service and we look forward to having additional work done in the spring. Special thanks to Amanda (rockstar!) who was able to answer every question and help put our minds at ease about the damage. I think the only thing that would have made our experience better is if we had Big Sky Roofing put our roof on in the first place! EDIT: Turns out that Amanda is no longer employed here. She was apparently having health difficulties and was ordered to stay home for a few days by her doctor...she was fired the day she got back in retaliation. So maybe this company is OK with roofing but pretty awful when it comes to people.

  They came out gave us an estimate we agreed and said they would be out Thursday or Friday no show . So I called on Monday said Thursday or Friday again. So called in the afternoon Thursday that week and they said no it will be next week. So we cancelled because we need repairs,not reschedules.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Big Sky Roofing, and the experience was exceptional. From the initial consultation to final cleanup, the team was professional, punctual, and thorough. The on-site project leader, Zackery, kept me informed as the job progressed. They used high-quality materials as promised, completed the job on schedule, and even cleaned up all debris meticulously. The pricing was transparent, and they explained every step of the process. My initially quoted price was reduced by the cost of nine sheets of unused OSD decking. I highly recommend them to anyone in Indianapolis looking for reliable roofing services.

  Big Sky was great about communicating with us and our insurance company. Their workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I found out about 3 weeks after they did our roof, that my neighbor found several shingles in her yard and was annoyed at having to clean them up, so my only critique would be to check the neighbor's yards as well as the clients when it's time to clean up!

  Kyle and the team did a great job replacing old, discontinued siding on our house! We ran into a couple small issues but someone was always there to help. I'd definitely recommend this company if you need work done on your home.

  We hired Big Sky Roofing for our 20 year old roof replacement this month. They did a wonderful job, from Kyle our sales rep who came out for the estimate. He was easy to talk to, fair and helpful. When we decided to move forward with the roof replacement he even brought out the sample color for us to look at it in person. The crew was careful with our garden, moved a few items for us out of the way and covered all main floor windows with plywood for extra protection. Seth came out to get the crew started and ensured the project was complete and reviewed the work with us. We are fully confident in their teams work and highly recommend them for any roof repair or replacement!

  Our experience with Big Sky was outstanding. We had two services completed by them. Our roof had a small issue and our chimney cap needed replacing. Estimates were reasonable and the work was great. We were kept informed for the entire process. Highly recommend them. All the guys were great!

  The Big Sky team was fast to respond to our need for inspection on our commercial roof. Leaks were found during our remodel, and Big Sky was able to inspect and make repairs quickly resulting in no delays for the other work being done.
