Called and spoke with Keith about a roof/siding project. We had a 11 - 12 appointment window set the next day. Keith did not show up or call with an updated estimate arrival. I called Arrow Construction 2x, but each time it went to voicemail. Would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and no shows.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. We have no record of missed appointments, but it's possible yours was unintentionally overlooked as much of our team has been assisting with hurricane relief in Florida this past month. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for any future projects—we’d be grateful for the chance to work with you.

Recommend Keith and Arrow Construction. Keith walked through the complete process of the construction and insurance claims. The work on roof, gutter, and interior ceiling was 5 star.

Keith with Arrow Construction came recommended to us after a dishwasher leak damaged our floors and basement ceiling. He had remediation to our house within hours preventing further damage. He then guided us through the insurance process and rebuild. Professional, experienced and transparent. Highly recommended!

Arrow Construction did an excellent job at replacing our roofs and gutters. I worked with Colton and have been very pleased with the overall process.

Working with Colton and the rest of Arrow was a positive experience for us from start to finish. Colton took the lead and diligently worked with my insurance company on getting the work approved through a hail damage claim with me having little involvement. As for the actual roof work, the crew showed up on time and had everything completed in roughly 8 hours. The crew also also did a great job with cleanup around the house. New roof looks great!

We worked with Nate and Arrow Construction on a big and slightly stressful home project. Every part of it went so smooth and everything looked so great when it was all finished. Nate took the stressful part away and we couldn't have been happier! Thank you Nate and Arrow Construction!

We worked with Colton Bragg after he stopped by our house to offer us a roof inspection following several severe storms this summer. He found damage and we had our insurance do their inspection. They agreed and we were able to get a new roof through insurance. After we logged our claim, Colton took care of everything and the process was super easy and quick! Our crew was so fast and professional and they got the whole roof done in about 8 hours. It looks great! I’m really grateful that he knocked on our door that day. Highly recommend!

I recently hired them to repair my roof and paint the exterior of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Colton Bragg was professional, communicative, and efficient throughout the entire process. When Colton came to assess my home, he thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed and provided me with a detailed estimate. Colton worked with me to choose the perfect color scheme for my home, and his team did an excellent job with the painting itself. They were careful and detail-oriented, and the end result is truly stunning. Overall, I highly recommend Arrow Construction for roofing and exterior painting services. Their professionalism and expertise are unmatched, and I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Colton was our guy and he was excellent. He kept us informed all the way. Handled everything with our insurance adjuster, all we had to do was pick out colors. The roofing and gutter crews were outstanding. I highly recommend.

Worked with Nate Holmes. His quote came in at the right price to repair one side of our house and repair a spot on the other side. Work was done in a day (after vinyl siding came in) and looks great.
