Beware this is a fake roofing company. They are not licensed and not listed on the CSLB. I tried going to their store front location but it doesn’t exist. When you try calling it goes to some call center where they can’t provide any …

We had a great overall experience with Newark Roofing after a major leak showed up in our flat rubber roof. Brady came out within a few days to inspect everything and provide an estimate. It was clear right away that he was not just trying to make a fast sale. He had real roofing knowledge, explained the problem in simple terms, and took the time to do a careful roof inspection. We also got two other quotes, but neither of the other reps matched his level of experience or attention to detail. He spent a solid amount of time on the roof and traced the water entry to tiny holes in the membrane. He also discovered a metal roof layer underneath the rubber roofing, which the other companies completely missed. On top of that, he identified another source of staining caused by wet, damaged insulation that a previous roofer had failed to correct. The price was in line with the other estimates, but the scope of work was much better and far more complete. Instead of only replacing the top membrane, the proposal included tearing off all roofing layers down to solid roof sheathing or other firmly attached material, checking for hidden damage, and rebuilding the roof system the right way. That gave us much more confidence that the leak would actually be fixed instead of just covered over. What impressed us even more was how quickly the crew responded. Before the full roof replacement started, they installed a temporary membrane over the whole roof to help stop more water from getting inside. Once everything was ready, a large roofing crew arrived and removed all the old roofing materials, then rebuilt the roof with care and efficiency. They handled both roofing areas faster than we expected and kept the project moving smoothly. The crew cleaned up the jobsite at the end of each day, which made a big difference. The project turned out to be more involved than we first thought, especially because parts of the exterior had to be carefully removed and reinstalled so the new membrane

I highly recommend Newark Roofing. I had a leak around my chimney and needed roofing work along with some exterior wall work. After the job, the leak was still showing up, so I called for help. Jordan came out quickly and put a tarp around the chimney area right away to protect the house from more water damage during the rain. At first, the other contractor thought the issue was coming from the roof, but Brady returned, went up into the attic during a rainstorm, and carefully tracked down the real source of the leak. It turned out the problem was related to the other exterior work, not the roof itself. Once that was found, the other contractor was able to come back and correct the issue. Brady also took extra time to explain what was wrong and showed exactly where the water was getting in. I was still concerned there could be a roofing problem, especially with more rain on the way, but he tested the roof thoroughly by running water over the area to make sure everything was sealed and working properly. The next day, he followed up again to confirm everything inside was still dry, and it was. What stood out most was the level of care, honesty, and roofing knowledge throughout the whole process. Even after it was clear this was not a roof failure, they still helped identify the problem and made sure I was not left dealing with it alone. It is hard to find roofers who are this responsive, skilled, and willing to stand behind their work. Their crew clearly knows chimney flashing, leak detection, and roof protection, and they truly care about doing the job right. I would absolutely hire them again.

I recently had a beautiful metal roofing accent installed on my home, and the whole experience was excellent. My house was newly built and already had a composition shingle roof, but I wanted more of a modern farmhouse look, so I chose to add a white metal roof over the garage and front porch for extra curb appeal. Jordan helped with the estimate and color selection, and the roofing crew was professional, clean, and very detail oriented throughout the install. They kept the job site tidy, the workmanship was careful and precise, and the finished roof accents really upgraded the overall style of the home. Communication by email was clear and consistent from start to finish, and the entire roofing process felt smooth and well organized. We are very happy with how the house looks now and would gladly hire them again for future roofing work.

They were great to work with from start to finish on my roofing project. I got the support I needed through every part of the job, from help with the insurance claim to choosing shingle colors and going over the invoice. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Once I signed the contract, they scheduled the work right away and completed my new roof in just one day. The crew kept the property clean, did solid roofing work, and left no mess behind. The new roof looks excellent and really improved the look of my home. I am very happy with the workmanship, the materials, and the overall service. They also followed up a few days later to make sure everything looked good and to inspect the completed roof, which showed they care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. I especially want to thank Jordan, who was my main contact throughout the project. Jordan was always helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made every step easy. Excellent roofing service.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
