  In response to the company's reply: 1) NTR's statement, “We provided documentation supporting our position” is misleading. NTR did not provide this photo of this supposedly eroded shingle to the insurance company. Possible reason - The insurance company was going to do its own inspection of the roof. A false photo would have appeared as such, false. The presence of a fully eroded shingle on a 12-year roof is highly unlikely. Photos of the whole roof show shingles in generally good condition. Furthermore, if shingles are eroded to that point, they are likely more numerous than one isolated shingle. NTR's claim about this shingle is therefore dubious, and because of this, I maintain the position that NTR could have engaged in deceptive tactics to elicit work. NTR is side-stepping the issue of its presentation of this photo of an eroded shingle as a point of persuasion. Their suspected deceptive tactics have been reported to the NC Attorney General, and a file has been opened on NTR. 2) It is euphemistic for NTR to reference a “difference of professional opinion” regarding the roof claim. NTR is the only roofing company that has suggested hail damage occurred. Two roofing professionals unequivocally disagreed with NTR's claim of hail damage. USAA's documentation was clear. Acccording to weather data for the location, there was no hail large enough to cause damage to shingles in the time frame suggested by NTR. 3) The BBB evaluates businesses. There is no requirement that a business be BBB accredited to be evaluated. The BBB did not publish my complaint because I, the customer, had not paid money to NTR. That is the BBB's own policy. In the conversation strand through the BBB, I maintained that NTR provided side-stepping, insubstantial explanations of their practices. 4) NTR suggested I engage a public adjuster to overturn the insurance denial. NTR pays a fee to the adjuster only In the event that the adjuster succeeds. In other scenarios, the customer is left fully l

  Erick and the roofers did a great job putting on the new roof and it looks awesome. Nate Krieger did a great job with the insurance company and adjusters.

  I couldn't be happier with my experience with New Testament Roofing! From the first meeting to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.   We had our roof and gutters replaced last fall, including a number of skylight windows. Nate and Will were phenomenal to work with and helped us select material and ensure the install was seamless. We have a larger roof, the price point was very fair, and the work took about a day and a half total. The work product looks great and we’ve had no issues! The house looks great with the new roof and gutters!
