Carolina Coastal Roofing was the greatest! Initially, our insurance denied our roofing claim, calling it cosmetic heat damage. But after contacting this amazing company, Justin's knowledge in NC state laws detailed the obligations of our insurance company and turned everything around! Our approval came through quickly, even after a prior denial just months earlier. Justin's dedication and clear communication made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend Carolina Coastal Roofing to those in need of roofing services.

Professional, determined, and guaranteed to work for you on your insurance claim. We had storm damage and the insurance company wanted to only replace part of the roof, but Justin and his team worked hard to prove they needed to replace the entire roof! Very grateful they knocked on my door! You will be, too! Tammy Jackson, satisfied customer.

I called Justin out to look at my roof because it was missing a shingle. He explained what he could do for us and what my option were. We decided to just fix it at this time and we were very satisfied with the repair he performed and even took the extra time to match up our existing shingle brand and color. We highly recommend this company.

I called Justin out to check out for a leak I was having with my roof, not only did he identify my leak and tarp it for me, he pointed out lots of concerning areas and explained in great detail what needed to happen and how he could help me. I now have a high quality, amazing warranty, and a beautiful roof that only costed my family $2,500 out of pocket thanks to Carolina Coastal Roofing.
