New Look Roofers (Mission Viejo, CA) is an outstanding company. The project manager was very professional from start to finish of project. Thoroughly explained the process and the entire crew took care from start to finish. They took special care in plants and objects around the home. The roof looks so great. Highly recommended. Our neighbors have also used this company.

We are surely satisfied with the quality of work they did fixing our flat roof. Everything was fitted correctly, and the quality of the materials used seems to last a long time. I would use the service of these flat roof experts again.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Dealing with roof issues is usually a total nightmare, but this team made the entire process seamless, transparent, and stress-free. From the moment I called, their customer service was top-notch. They sent the specialist out for an inspection very quickly, and unlike other companies I've dealt with, they didn't try to upsell me on a full replacement I didn't need. They identified the specific need, explained the repair process in detail, and gave me a very fair and honest quote. When it was time for a new roof, I requested 5 bids and I chose the specialist at this company. All bids were pretty aligned with each other, some higher some lower but the specialist and this company just seemed like they would go above and beyond and their workmanship warranty was outstanding. My roof is now complete and they backed up their talk. The lead roofer was the man and his attention to detail is very rare. He demands perfection. His helper worked his butt off making sure everything was getting done. This was a great crew and I couldn't be happier. They cleaned up every day before they left and showed up on time every morning. Give the specialist a call at this company. Amazing and great experience all around, from beginning to end.

This company did an excellent job repairing my 4th-floor flat roof deck and installing rubber pavers. The specialist was extremely responsive and professional throughout the process, and he was very helpful in accommodating a few custom material changes. The project manager and her crew executed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail. Overall, a smooth, well-managed project with high-quality results. I would highly recommend this company.
