  At first, we thought it was going great. then came complications. The roofers did not speak any English - they were pleasant when here - but didn't arrive to start the job till late in the afternoon. They damaged the property they were working on. (ripped siding off the garage [spouse had to repair] marks all over the garage from plywood & shingles being dropped/ slid down the side of the garage, nails in vehicles trunks marks on vehicles, parts of the house were not properly cared for when worked on. It was more of a hassle than needed. They sent the vehicle to be repaired. However, when doing so the company they had to do the work only cleared the dirt off a small area and so they missed a large scrape from the shingles being dropped on the vehicle. (the color matches the shingles) Pictures were taken by the owner & New Beginnings Exteriors LLC prior to them taking the vehicle to the body shop for repair. So there is no reason they should have missed any of the damage. And why would you only spot clean a small area of the car when doing a repair? Then the Molding/drip -t had nails going through it and was all messed up and was supposed to be redone... They sent a guy out to replace it, he came out instead of using the materials that were here for him to use to replace it. He decided to cut and do a matching job so it looks like a child did the work!!!! Just be aware the company puts a mechanics lien on your home. I found this out when I asked about paperwork/receipts/warranty information. This job was a huge hassle because the person who I was working with kept telling me "it was a scheduling issue" to get guys out to repair my home" and I should not have to pay for an incomplete job. I still should not have paid the price that I did for the job that was done! I had to repeatedly ask for when things were going to get done & for copies of the paperwork, showing I paid, What was done.

  We had an excellent experience working with Jason and New Begginin. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding—they kept me informed at every step and were always quick to answer any questions I had. It was clear from the beginning that their team has deep knowledge of roofing materials and what would work best for my home. Jason was prompt to address any issues and questions from my insurance company, which helped reduce the stress levels involved with my claim. The quality of their work truly stands out. Everything was completed on schedule, the crew was professional, and the final result looks fantastic. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, transparency, and genuine care for their customers, but they absolutely delivered on all three. Highly recommend!

  I love my new roof! Jason did a stellar job explaining the entire process and working directly with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered. He offered quality materials, gave me options to choose from, and his team worked efficiently from start to finish. My home is over 100 years old, and if you’ve ever had an old home, you know how many “fun surprises” can come up after demolition. Jason handled every unexpected issue like a pro — calm, organized, and always in communication. He answered all my questions and did exactly what he promised. I highly recommend Jason and New Beginnings Exteriors for anyone looking for quality, honesty, and professionalism!

  We were incredibly pleased with our experience with Jason and the team at New Beginnings Exteriors. Jason handled all of the mountainous paperwork and red tape involved with the insurance and made the process/language easy to understand. The crew on the day of tear off/install were respectful, clean and protected our landscaping. We had a minor set back, but Jason was quick to rectify the situation and made sure we were extremely happy with how things were handled. My husband and I would recommend New Beginnings over and over.
