  Had Adam and his crew out to our place in Thousand Oaks for a full reroof after a leak showed up above the living room. Called Thursday, estimate was done Friday morning, crew started the following Monday. Two days for the whole house. They cleaned up the old shingles and debris before they left each day which I appreciated. Adam checked in himself on day two to make sure everything looked right. Fair price, no upselling, finished on time.

His crew showed up Monday morning and finished by Tuesday afternoon. They tarped the landscaping, cleaned up every nail, and hauled everything off.   We had been going back and forth about replacing our roof for almost two years. It was one of those things where you know you need to do it but keep putting it off. Finally pulled the trigger and got a few quotes. Mike came out the same day I called, walked the whole roof, and took photos to show me where the shingles were cracking and curling. His quote was detailed and he actually walked me through every line so I knew what I was paying for. The crew showed up right when they said they would and finished the entire install in a day and a half. They cleaned up everything, even swept the driveway. Our house looks completely different now honestly. Already told my sister to call Mike when she's ready to do hers.

  This is our second project with NEMA and once again they did an excellent job. ADAM and his team are professional, reliable, and do high quality work. We really appreciated how respectful the crew was and how clean they kept the work area throughout the project. When we had another home project, we didn't hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend!

  Adam and his team replaced my roof and did a wonderful job. The crew showed up each day on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Our roof was done in three days and Adam made sure that we were happy with every single aspect of the job before asking for our final payment. I've already given his number to others I know that are looking to have their roof replaced.

  We had shingles blow off during a windstorm and I had no idea who to call. A coworker mentioned Mike so I reached out that same evening. He came out first thing the next morning, walked the whole roof, and was upfront about what actually needed fixing versus what could wait. His crew got it done in a day and cleaned up every scrap before they left. Honestly I was ready for a huge bill and it came in way under what I expected. Already gave his number to my sister.

  I received a few bids for a full roof replacement. The quotes varied and found a couple that would've charged less but Nema roofing was the only one to give me options. Mike came out and provided 2 different quotes, one for full replacement and another one for replacing only a portion to include upgrading all the vents. I wasn't expecting that but after consideration, I thought that was the best option. We scheduled the repair and they were prompt, professional, and clean. His team came out on time and worked like a machine to complete in one day. They cleaned up after they were done and then the foreman came out same day to inspect and perform quality control.

  I tried to find the right company for 2 months. We got around 7 estimates. Nema were not the cheapest yet not the most expensive; their price was right in the middle. The attention to detail though and how much they cared about our house is what actually made it an amazing experience for us. We cannot be happier and this company will always have our business and trust.

  They installed permanent pre painted aluminum fascia boards for my house to cover the wooden fascia, which required painting every few years. In addition my house and garage needed gutters to deflect rain. I was extremely pleased with the job. Adam signed me up at a very reasonable price and followed up during the entire job, from start to finish. His customer service skills are outstanding. He pays attention to details, he listens carefully to his customer, he gives professional guidance, he is organized, reliable, and honest.

  I have had some pretty terrible experiences with home repairs in the past so I went into this whole roof replacement expecting a mess and a bunch of hidden fees. To my surprise the initial estimate was actually what I ended up paying and they didn't try to tack on a bunch of unnecessary extras halfway through the job. The supervisor was on site making sure the shingles were aligned perfectly and even pointed out a few spots where the previous owners had done some sketchy DIY work that needed fixing. I am usually the first person to complain when things go wrong but I really cannot find a single thing to gripe about here.

  Communication is usually the biggest headache with contractors but these guys kept me in the loop through the whole process. I needed a specific area of the ridge cap fixed before I headed out of town for a conference and they managed to squeeze me into the schedule on short notice. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the work without me having to micromanage a single thing. It is such a relief to deal with a business that actually respects a tight calendar and delivers clean results

  Our building needed a new shingle roof. The old roof had multiple leaks, and pieces were literally falling off, so it was in really bad shape. We got quotes from four different roofing companies and did thorough research on each. I looked at everything: warranties, years in business, their standing with the Contractor State License Board, how they handled damaged wood decking repairs, and whether they were an Owens Corning preferred contractor. While Nema Roofing wasn't the lowest bidder, I felt they were the best choice for our project. Now that it's done, I'm so glad we went with them. Working with them was by far the easiest and smoothest contractor experience I've ever had. They estimated the job would take two weeks, but they finished in just four days! Melvin, our project manager, kept us updated daily with photos and was super easy to communicate with. We passed all our inspections without needing any re inspections.

  They took the limited space we had and guided us to amazing solutions! We had so little pantry room that was connected to the laundry room in a weird way. Now, after opening the walls and expanding the rooms everything just look PERFECT. This remodel truly resulted in improved workflow - we have an amazing and functional laundry and pantry rooms! All our supplies and pantry items in this one room with plenty of counter space, better lighting bigger sink.. EVERYTHING, including the cooks, works better! We didn't feel pushed into decisions but rather listened to and understood. We wanted a design whose beauty and functionality would endure over time and include important updated features. We believe we got that result and then some. We are happy customers.
