Neel Roofing replaced our roof in July 2025 after we had some hail as well as wind and rain damage. The owner, Mike Neel couldn't have been more helpful and informative during the entire process. He also helped us with our insurance claim ensuring that he was on site when the insurance adjuster came for his inspection. When the job began Mike was on top of it the entire time. I have always believed the true test of a man's character is not how he treats his equals or superiors but how he treats his subordinates. Mike was kind and respectful to his workers, always making sure that their needs were met. Working on a roof in the hot Mississippi sun is tough work and Mike always supported his team in any way he could. The true mark of a leader!
