  This review is only for initial contact; no work was done. We needed repair work on a section of fascia and sofit and a strong possibility of new gutter install as well. Justin came out on the scheduled day (6/8) & time. He was nice and pleasant to work with and explained what he was going to be doing and when he left, he let me know that he would get the photos and video together and sent to us, which he did promptly and then nothing. Three emails were sent requesting the estimate on the work. I did state in the last email that I needed the estimate by Friday afternoon (6/19), or I would have to go with another company to do the work since it needed to be done quickly. It is now 6/23 and I have not heard from them at all. I am not sure what happened, if Justin got sick or went on vacation or maybe a different person handles the estimates, but a quick email back or a phone call would have been more professional than ghosting a potential client. So, in conclusion I would have done 2 1/2 stars to split it but 3 will work because Justin was professional and pleasant to deal with but the follow-up disappointing and we like to use local owned companies when possible.

  NBS Roofing was great to work with! Justin Chastain was my project manager and made sure that we knew the process of getting a new roof, along with educating us on the different types of roofs and roofing materials. He oversaw the roofing team and made sure we were satisfied with the results. He and his team are still available if I have any issues. What a great experience! Select this roofer!!

  I hired Lily and Justin to help me with my damaged Gutters and Shingles from a storm and they did an absolutely great job. The prices were great and they had great communication through the whole process. HIGHLY recommend to anybody!!

  I went to Justin and Lily when my roof had a leak in it. Not only were they quick, but they were extremely professional, fair priced and super easy to work with. I highly recommend using them for any of your roofing needs!

  We had an excellent experience working with Bryan at NBS Roofing! They came out quickly to replace a roof boot for our client, were incredibly responsive from start to finish, offered very fair pricing, and even provided detailed photos after the job was done. Fast, professional, and easy to work with—everything you'd want in a roofing partner.   If I could leave 10 stars I would!! Today was a wonderful day! I was in desperate need of getting a roof leak looked at as soon as possible so I looked online for a local company to ask about getting an evaluation and advice about a leak in the roof of my parent's home. Although it was close to closing and a Saturday, I called NBS Roofing and got Brian. Brian was very understanding and helpful and said he would reach out to Justin to see if he could meet my husband and I at my parent's home. I couldn't believe it. My prayers were answered when Justin said he would take a look and send over an estimate later. Justin also said he would help to temporarily stop the leak until we could decide what our next steps would be for a permanent fix. Both my Mom and Dad passed away in 2022. My dad was the handyman when we were growing up but later in life, he could no longer make any repairs. The roof was leaking really bad and I would worry often about the increasing damage it was causing over time. Tonight I will be able to sleep easier knowing Justin has helped us! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement!! I am so grateful and thankful to God for sending an angel to help us today. My Dad was a Pastor. My Mom and Dad gave their lives to help serve others. I am so happy that God sent someone by to help them even though they will never see it. We will make sure their property is brought back to its former glory. We are looking forward to getting NBS to help us achieve it! Rarely do you get to meet good people these days. I can truly say they are good people! I highly recommend NBS!

  We had a great experience with NBS Roofing from their response to corrective actions and will definitely call them back for future repairs. Luckily our issue was a small one, and they didn’t attempt to oversell and gave an honest assessment. I appreciate their work and would recommend them for roofing, gutters, etc.
