  Not a real company! When you call the number, a lady answers who then transfers you to someone else. I didn't realize I was being transferred to a roofing company in North Jersey. A guy came down to give an estimate. He wasn't happy about it being a small job, but gave a quote and said I'll let you know which day next week my guys can come. After a week, when I hadn't heard anything I called the number back and again was transferred. This time it was a different company who had no idea what I was talking about. I never could find the guy who quoted me, so I ended up getting the job done with someone else. If you look at the address listed for this company it is a Starbucks. Fake company...avoid at all costs!

  we recently had the main roof on our home replaced, while the family room and garage roofing had been done earlier and did not need new shingles. not only did the crew install the new roof system, but they also replaced the damaged plywood decking at no extra cost. during the job, cory noticed the old gutter cover guards were no longer working well, and the team replaced them. after we saw the worn condition of the old covers, we asked if they could also change the ones on the family room and garage. they came back the next day and finished that work too. roman and ezekiel were professional, hard working, and careful throughout the whole roofing project. the clean up was excellent, and the yard and driveway were left very neat. we are extremely happy with the quality of the new roof, the gutter work, and the overall service, and i would highly recommend this roofing crew for any roof replacement or exterior repair job.

  We had a great experience and would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof repair or a new roof. After a home addition was built, the eaves around that area started to separate from the roof and soffit, which let rainwater get into the eaves. Cory came out quickly, did a full roof inspection, and found a few more roofing issues on the addition that we could not see from the ground. We were very concerned about the earlier workmanship and the condition of the whole room, but Cory explained everything clearly and reassured us that the roof system could be repaired the right way. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the needed roofing work, including the problem areas around the eaves, soffit, and flashing. The crew was on time, professional, and kept the project moving as scheduled. The work was completed neatly and with good attention to detail, and the new roof looks great. We are very happy with the results and feel much better knowing the roof is now solid, secure, and ready to handle rain and seasonal weather.

  I reached out after seeing a nearby roofing project they had just finished, and the roof looked excellent. I left a message with the answering service that evening and got a call back the next day, which was very fast. I explained a few roof issues I already knew about, including some areas that would only be visible once the crew got up on the roof. Since my home is three stories tall, I wanted an experienced roofer who could handle the work safely and correctly. Roman gave me a fair estimate for a full tear-off, new underlayment, fresh shingles, and the needed roof repairs. They also installed a new gutter and gutter cap, which really helped complete the job. The new roof and gutter system both look great and have really improved the appearance of the house. Roman and the crew were professional, organized, and easy to work with from start to finish. They completed the roofing work in just one day, and the cleanup afterward was thorough.   Fast response and quick roofing service. I called about a soffit repair and also asked for a full roof inspection to check for any other problem areas. They came out the very next day, looked over the soffit, shingles, flashing, and a few other roof sections, and explained everything clearly. They found a couple of small spots that needed repair and shared photos so I could see the issue for myself. The estimate approval was simple and fast online, and the roof repairs were finished in less than a week.   We are extremely impressed with Navarro Family Roofing. They replaced our roof, gutters, and attic ventilation, and also helped improve airflow in the attic and protect the home from heavy rain and winter weather. After getting four bids from roofing contractors, we felt this team offered the best value and the clearest plan for the job. From the first conversations with cory to speaking with roman and the roofing crew, everyone was pleasant, hardworking, and honest. ezekiel and the crew showed real skill, kept the work area clean, and paid attention to the small details. They finished the project when they said they would, went the extra mile in several ways to make sure we were happy, and made the whole roofing process easy. we couldn't recommend them more, and i would gladly use them again for any future roof or gutter work.

After comparing several quotes, my wife and I chose them because they clearly explained the full roofing process, the materials they would use, and how the new roofing system would protect our home for many years. Roman was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. He answered all of our questions, kept us updated during the project, and made sure everything was handled the right way. The crew did quality workmanship, cleaned up well, and the finished roof looks great. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use them again for other exterior home improvement work.
