He arrived on time, performed a full roof inspection, and even checked the attic to make sure nothing was missed. He found the source of the leak, took clear photos, and explained the roofing issues in simple terms. He gave me a few honest options, from a repair patch to a full roof replacement, and when I said I only wanted a repair for now, he respected that and did not pressure me into a new roof. He walked me through the repair process, answered all my questions, and made everything easy to understand. When the repair day came, he showed up as promised and completed the work professionally. It is hard to ask for more from a roofing contractor. I will definitely use this roofing company again for any future roof repair or replacement needs.

  We had ongoing leaks in the corners of our flat roof for many years, and earlier repairs never fully solved the problem. Since Javier had recently worked on our neighbor’s roof in our attached housing in Toms River, we asked him for a roofing estimate. From the outside, our roof looked nice and seemed well kept, but because of the continued leaks, we decided it was time for a full roof replacement. Once the old roofing was removed, it became clear there were multiple layers of older roofing materials underneath, along with cracked and rotted roof decking and some poorly done patchwork. Javier and his crew replaced the damaged wood with much stronger materials and rebuilt the problem areas the right way. They were professional, neat, and worked efficiently from start to finish. During the roofing job, Javier kept us updated with progress photos and took time to explain what was being done. He was easy to communicate with, honest, and clearly experienced with flat roof work. The finished roof looks great, and most importantly, the leaks are gone. We are very happy with the quality of the roof repair and replacement and would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone in Toms River.

  A roofing company did an excellent job on our home. We brought them in after a previous contractor left us with only part of a metal roof finished. To make sure the quote was correct, Patrick sent the metal roofing crew out to inspect the job, see what needed to be fixed from the earlier install, and make a clear plan to complete the roof the right way. They took care of the permit updates, ordered the metal roofing materials, and finished the work sooner than we expected. Patrick was easy to reach and always answered our questions. Bruce and his crew worked very hard, sometimes putting in long days, to get the roofing project completed properly. They showed up when promised, stayed professional, and delivered quality workmanship. We are very happy with the finished roof and would highly recommend them.

  Navarro Family Roofing did an amazing job on our home and garage roof, and my husband and I could not be happier. The crew was friendly, skilled, and very hardworking, and they made sure everything was done right from start to finish. We had been really stressed about a leaking garage roof, but now we feel much more at ease during heavy rain and windy weather in Toms River, knowing we have a strong, high-quality roofing system over our heads. We also had our old shingle roof replaced with standing seam metal roofing, and the workmanship and materials were outstanding. Patrick was very helpful, the installer team was terrific, and Javier made the whole project smooth and easy. Not long after the installation, a large tree came down onto our house, and we were incredibly thankful for the strength and quality of the new roof. The main damage was limited to the ridge vent and a few scratches on the metal panels, which really showed how durable the materials were. What impressed us even more was the fast follow-up and customer care. Bruce came out quickly to inspect the damage, made sure the roof was still secure and protected from leaks, and helped us through the repair process. He also stayed in touch and helped with the insurance side, which made a stressful situation much easier. We truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and roofing expertise, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, metal roofing, or leak repair.

  We hired a roofing crew to repair a flat roof section over our sunroom after a leak started showing up in the ceiling.   I worked with Theodore for a full roof hail damage inspection and repair, and the whole experience was excellent from the start.   I highly recommend Navarro Family Roofing. They gave our home a huge makeover, taking it from worn down and dim looking to bright, clean, and welcoming. They replaced the siding, installed new gutters, and handled the roof-related exterior details with real care. The before and after difference was impressive, and the finished work made the whole house look more polished and protected. The crew stayed in touch throughout the job and paid close attention to every detail. The flashing, soffit, gutter lines, and overall finish all looked sharp and professionally done. We especially appreciated that they were one of the few willing to install gutters on our slate roof and knew how to do it the right way. They worked quickly and efficiently, tearing off the old shingles and having the new ones lifted straight to the roof with a crane.
