Navarro Family Roofing Llc is easily one of the best choices for roofing work. They may not be the lowest price, but when it comes to something as important as your roof, the quality, materials, and workmanship really matter. taylor spent a lot of time with my wife and i answering questions, helping with financing, and staying in touch through the whole project, which made the process smooth and stress free. On install day, russell was on site for me and kept an eye on the work from start to finish. He made sure everything stayed on track, worked closely with the crew leader, and stepped in anytime a roofing detail needed attention. The crew was very careful with the key parts of the job like underlayment, drip edge, and chimney flashing, and it was clear they knew proper roofing methods and cared about doing it right. The whole team did top quality work, and the strong workmanship and material warranties gave us even more peace of mind. They removed the old roof, installed the new one, and cleaned up thoroughly in a very efficient time for a home this size. The yard looked great when they were done, and there was very little extra material left over. i was impressed by how organized, respectful, and detail focused the crew was during the entire project. If you need roofing service in Richmond, you would be making a smart choice by hiring them. great experience, very professional, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or related work.

Over many years in this house, we have worked with several roofing crews for roof repairs and full roof replacements, but this was the first time I truly felt at ease hiring Navarro Family Roofing Llc. After a major storm, my first call was answered right away by a helpful woman working remotely because the office had storm-related issues. In less than a week, a tarp was put on the roof and we were given an estimated timeline for the new roof after ridge vent shingles blew off and water started leaking around the ceiling fixtures. Joe was thoughtful and professional from the start, even warning me to watch for nails in the yard before letting the dog out. The roofing crew worked in a calm and respectful way with no loud talking or music, and they arrived fully prepared with the right tools and materials for the job. Joe also stopped by to check the progress, which gave me extra peace of mind. By the end of the second day, the jobsite was cleaned up well and a ladder was left in place for the final roof inspection. On the third morning, he came back again to run the magnetic nail sweeper one more time across the yard and driveway. The whole roof replacement process felt organized, careful, and much less stressful than past experiences. I appreciated the clear communication, the fast response after storm damage, and the attention to cleanup and safety throughout the project.

I first saw a roofing crew from Navarro Family Roofing Llc working on a home near my mother-in-law’s place in Richmond, and right away I could tell the team was organized, skilled, and well coordinated. Every worker seemed to know exactly what to do, and the whole roofing job moved in a smooth and professional way. We had used other roofing contractors before for repairs on our homes, but this crew gave us a much better impression because they showed real care, strong workmanship, and solid communication throughout the project. After periods of heavy rain, wind, and normal seasonal weather in Virginia, my wife and I decided it was time to have our roof checked and get a full roof evaluation. We contacted several roofers for inspections and opinions. Some were not very reliable, and others only suggested small repairs or a partial shingle replacement. After inspecting our roof, Joe explained that the best long-term solution was a full roof replacement because part of the roof was flat and the other multi-level sections had shingles. He took time to answer all our questions, went over our concerns, and explained the roofing materials, installation process, and what would work best for each section of the roof. On the scheduled start day, Joe and his crew arrived on time in the morning and completed the full roof replacement by the evening. Throughout the job, he kept my wife and me updated on the progress, which gave us a lot of confidence. Even though I am not comfortable with heights, he helped me get a better look at the work and explained how the new roof system was coming together. My wife and I truly appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and trustworthiness shown from the first meeting through the final cleanup. The quality of the roofing work, attention to detail, and respectful service really stood out. We highly recommend this team for any roof replacement, shingle roofing, flat roof work, or general roofing project.

I had several roofers come out to inspect my home for hail damage and give estimates. At first, my insurance company said there was not enough damage for a full roof replacement, and one contractor agreed with that decision. Later, I spoke …

Saying we highly recommend this roofing and seamless gutter team is still an understatement. The crew, led by Arthur, is careful, hardworking, honest, and fair. We use them for our community properties in Richmond, and we also trust them for our own homes and family roofing, gutter, and exterior repair needs. Their customer service with residents is excellent, and the quality of the roof work is always strong. They are creative when planning repairs and improvements, and they offer practical ideas that fit the home and budget. They stay true to their quoted pricing and keep projects moving on schedule. The work area is always kept very neat and clean from start to finish, which we really appreciate. Managing a large residential community means we have to be very selective about who we allow to work on our properties. We only want dependable roofing professionals who will treat residents with respect and do the job right. This team has earned our trust with consistent workmanship, clear communication, and reliable service. For roof replacements, gutter installation, inspections, and general exterior contracting, we confidently recommend them.

My elderly mother had a serious roof leak, and i live 800 miles away, so i called several roofing contractors in the area before finding Navarro Family Roofing LLC on Angi. i explained the situation to Russell, and he told me not to worry because he would handle everything. As soon as the rain cleared, he went to my mother’s home in Richmond and took care of the roof repair and resealing right away. He never asked for a deposit and did not pressure me about payment details before the work was done. After the repair was finished, he called me to let me know the job was complete, and he also sent before-and-after photos so i could see the condition of the shingles, flashing, and repaired areas for myself. That gave me a lot of peace of mind since i could not be there in person. The whole process felt honest, smooth, and professional from start to finish. Russell was dependable, fair on pricing, and clearly took pride in his roofing work. It meant a lot that he stood behind the repair and made sure my mother’s home was protected. I was so impressed with the quality of the service that my sister later hired him for a full roof replacement as well.

All I can say is Navarro Family Roofing LLC is the real deal. They replaced my roof years ago and did an excellent job from start to finish. The crew worked hard, showed up early, stayed late when needed, and never cut corners on the roofing work. Everything was done with care, and the roof has held up very well through heavy rain and normal weather. Recently, after a major rainstorm, I noticed a small leak around the chimney flashing. It was not related to the original roof installation, but I called and left a message anyway hoping to hear back. I got much more than a reply. They responded quickly, came out right away, checked the problem, and fixed it fast. It was clear they know roof repair, leak detection, and chimney areas very well. It is rare to find roofers who stand by their work, respond so quickly, and treat customers with real care. I trust their workmanship, professionalism, and service, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing help.
