Thomas came out to inspect and quote our roof for Duke Brothers Roofers Llc, and i highly recommend asking for him. i can not say enough about his professionalism and great customer service. he showed up on time for the estimate, clearly documented the scope of work, and was very pleasant and easy to talk with. He answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions about attic venting, gutter problems, and the best roofing materials for what we wanted, and he priced everything fairly. He also stayed in touch the whole time and returned calls very quickly, which made the process smooth and stress free. The crew, led by Julian, was also very professional and organized. They started working right away, protected the property with tarps, and were careful around the landscaping, plants, and grass. When the roofing job was finished, cleanup was impressive, with only a few tiny scraps and just a handful of nails left behind. Thomas even came back to do a final roof inspection after completion, which showed real care and attention to detail. They also fixed a gutter issue and stopped leaks around the porch without pushing a full gutter replacement, which we really appreciated. The workmanship, communication, and overall service were excellent from start to finish. good roofers are hard to find, but this team really stood out and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Duke Brothers Roofers LLC. I have hired them more than once in Glen Allen, including a standing seam metal roof for my porch and a shingle roof for my garage, and each project turned out great. Brantley was detailed, skilled, and professional from start to finish. He took time to explain the roofing materials, the installation process, ventilation, flashing, and all my options in a clear and simple way, which helped me feel confident about the work. He also made extra visits to my home to bring samples and review the estimate with me in person, which I really appreciated. Thomas answered my questions quickly, stayed easy to work with, and never used any sales pressure. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site organized. I was impressed by how fast they completed the roof installation without cutting corners. The finished metal and shingle roofing both look excellent and have really improved the appearance and protection of my property. I fully plan to use them again soon for a full shingle roof replacement on my home.
