I had a small roof leak and Jaxon came out to handle a quick temporary repair at no charge while we talked through the condition of my roof. I already knew I wanted a steel roofing system when it was time for a full roof replacement, but I …

I wanted to leave a proper review for Fonseca & Sons Roofing Llc. I called several roofing companies for a roof repair, and some got back to me quickly while others did not respond well. I was given an appointment and they showed up as scheduled, which really stood out. What made the estimate different was that Kyle had many years of hands-on roofing experience, so he understood the repair right away and explained everything in simple terms. He noticed a few problems left from the original construction and pointed out the weak areas in the roofing system, flashing, and overall workmanship. The repair crew, Brantley and Jaxon, were polite, respectful, and clearly skilled roofers. They handled the work carefully, fixed the problem areas well, and made sure the roof repair matched the rest of the system. After the job was done, a quality check was completed to make sure everything was sealed, finished, and done the right way. I also appreciated that there was no pressure about payment before I was fully satisfied. They know how to treat customers and take pride in their roofing work, service, and reputation. I was told they would not leave until I was happy with the results, and they meant it. I will absolutely use them again for future roof repairs or a full roof replacement if needed. I stand by their workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

I want to start with a big thank you to Kyle and Randall. From our first meeting, they were great to work with. We had already gotten three estimates for roofing work before meeting with them, and after talking things through, it was clear they were the right choice. Kyle and Randall were honest, easy to talk to, patient, and very knowledgeable about the roofing process. They stayed in touch the whole time, explained each step in simple terms, and made sure we felt taken care of from start to finish. They even adjusted their schedule to meet with the insurance adjuster and help answer questions about the roof claim, which made the process much easier on us. From the material delivery to the final cleanup, the whole roofing crew did an excellent job. Everyone on site was professional, respectful, and worked hard. The new roof looks outstanding, and the black shingles with the black gutters turned out even better than we expected. Their recommendation really matched the style of our home and worked well for the look we wanted in Sandston. We really appreciated how smooth they made the entire roofing project. Good communication, solid workmanship, and real care for the customer made this a very positive experience. Our home looks better, the roof system feels dependable, and we are grateful for how well everything was handled.
