After the brutal ice storm that hit Nashville this winter, our roof took a serious hit — and honestly, I didn't know where to start. I knew Michael, owner of MVP Roofing, so I contacted him for help and I'm so glad I did. From the very first call, his team was responsive, professional, and genuinely empathetic. They came out quickly to assess the damage — they setup emergency patches that day — and walked me through exactly what needed to be done without any pressure or upselling. The estimate was transparent and fair. Under the circumstances, it was refreshing. What really set MVP apart was how they went above and beyond once the work started. They kept us informed at every step and made sure everything was done right before they left. The finished work looks fantastic — you'd never know anything happened. When things go wrong with your home, you want people you can trust. MVP Roofing is exactly that. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area, especially if you're dealing with storm damage and need a team that will actually show up and deliver.

Excellent roofing company that I absolutely trust! Had a leak in my roof, owner himself came out and gave me a quote for a repair that was very fair and covered all the items I needed. They came out in a timely fashion and completed the repair with flawless results, leak fixed and shingles matched perfectly. Would 100% recommend and use them again in the future.

MVP is the most punctual company I have ever worked with. They are right on time, started in the morning and didn’t stop until it was completed in the early evening then they made sure there was no debris left in my yard or driveway. My roof is beautiful. The owner, Michael, is very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

He worked with us for 7 months while we fought with the insurance company. He was very patient and helpful. As soon as we had approval, the job scheduled. It took less than 2 days to finish. His team was very professional and efficient. We would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, courteous and made sure they got the job done right! No one ever wants to have to put a new roof on but this team made it almost painless. We are very pleased and I smile every time I drive up and see the new roof!

I shopped for my roof contractor and selected MVP/Michael McNeal, for the job. I'm glad I did. They exceeded all my expectations and I can see how they earned that A+ BBB status!
