  After our roof was replaced following storm damage, the gutter work was handled very well. Patrick reached out to us directly to schedule the gutter replacement and took time to explain the full process. He walked us through how the gutters are fabricated on site, how the installation would be done, and which material options would give the best long-term performance. We chose galvalume instead of aluminum because of its durability and longer service life. Patrick also showed us the anchors they use and explained that they are spaced 2 feet on center for added strength and rigidity, which is a great detail for a solid gutter system. We asked about several upgrades, including 6-inch gutters and downspouts on certain roof slopes, leaf protection in some areas, and a fold-up downspout. He did a great job clearly breaking down the costs for each option, which made it easy to decide what worked best for our home and roofing drainage needs. The gutter and downspout color Patrick recommended matched our trim perfectly, and the finished installation looks excellent. The whole job was professional, well planned, and high quality. I work in construction and have high standards for roofing and gutter work on my home, and this crew absolutely delivered. I would gladly recommend them and use them again.

  I contacted Valdez & Sons Roofing & Construction about replacing our roof after a few leaks showed up following several strong storms. Theodore came out, did a very thorough roof inspection, and found clear storm damage. I reached out to my insurance company, and Theodore met with the adjuster at our home. From there, he handled the whole roofing process and made everything smooth for us. I have rarely seen someone so careful and detailed with their work. He spent a lot of time going over the claim, the damaged shingles, flashing, and other roof areas with the adjuster to be sure everything was handled the right way. It was easily the best roofing and construction service we have ever had. We also had a dormer on the upper floor that was in rough condition, and we got a very fair price to replace the siding and soffit, plus add clean white flashing around all the window trim. That extra exterior work matched the new roof nicely and really improved the overall look of the house. The finished job looked sharp, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish.
