This company caused more problems than they fixed. They might have a good product, but they do provide lousy, workmanship. This should’ve been caught by a supervisor before the leak in the bedroom happened.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, these guys will not only do a great job on your roof, gutters, and siding (making all your neighbors jealous), but they will fight with your insurance company to make sure that you don't get screwed in the process. These guys went to bat for me for over 2 years against my homeowners insurance after a tornado touched down in my neighborhood, all while giving regular updates and words of encouragement. Dealing with huge insurance companies, as an individual homeowner filing a major damage claim, makes you feel like being tossed to the lions den. Genesis will have your back in the battle and make the process go as smooth as possible for you. You're getting more than just a construction crew when you hire them.

I had an amazing experience. I had to replace my entire roof due to storm damage and Connor who was my representative for this process was incredible! He was prompt professional and super easy to work with! He explained everything in incredible detail was made sure I knew exactly what to do and expect. He even helped me work with my insurance company to get all details and processes in place. He checked back regularly to ensure everything was going well and completed correctly. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to handle our needs. Connor was our contact and he is absolutely WONDERFUL. He was very knowledgeable of the products and was always on time for our appointments we scheduled. He went above and beyond with his job responsibilities. Connor gave us ideas for color changes on our house for our gutters, downspouts, etc. We are so happy with their work. They finished in a timely matter and cleaned up when finished. We highly recommend Genesis Exteriors.

Y’all! We had a leak in the roof, saw some signs in the neighborhood for Genesis Exterior, gave them a call, the rest is history. Connor and his team made the whole process seamless! He told me at the beginning that I wouldn’t have to do anything, and he did not disappoint. From start to finish, he took care of everything. He was very patient, knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions, and set my mind at ease. The work was done in a professional, and timely, manner. I can’t sing their praises enough! They took care of EVERYTHING! I 10/10 recommend. I will tell everyone I know to give them a call for any roofing need.
