  **** I initially rated five stars and then changed my rating to three stars to indicate some issues that we had that were not resolved after installation. And now I am changing it to two stars because the owner of this company has now said false statements in reply to try to make me look bad or like I was making something up - in his response to my review. I have included screen shots for clarity. 1. The work was completed on March 7, 2025. This was an insurance claim and we discussed payment since it was being paid out by insurance in a text message. 2. I let him know that we had the check at our house on March 20 which was 13 days after completion. He received another check on April 12, leaving an 800 balance of 14,300 paid (due to an error on my part, mistaking a number on the initial check from insurance) **sidenote: when you get a check from insurance over 5,000 - they make it out to your mortgage company and you. We had to send the check to our mortgage company, they had to endorse it, return it to us, then we had to deposit it, and Bank of America took 10 days to clear it because of fraud protections. I was as expeditious as possible, even going as far as taking it to FedEx and spending money so that he could have the check the next day instead of sending it through traditional mail. I do not appreciate him claiming that we delayed payment and then claimed to have an issue after he made a complaint about not getting the payment. 3. On April 10 when I contacted him, I mentioned the gutter situation. it was in response to my text message about the gutters that he mentioned that he had not gotten the additional check. I have included screenshots of this conversation to show that me mentioning the gutters was not because of requested payment. That is categorically false. I sent the payment that day by FedEx to get there as soon as possible. 4. he did ask to see the insurance estimate before we actually had an insurance estimate. so now he’s blaming me - that’s

We’d like to respectfully clarify a few important points. The roof replacement was completed at the beginning of March, and a partial payment was made two weeks ago. As of today, there is still an outstanding balance. The concern regarding the gutter guards was brought up only after we requested payment. Since then, we’ve offered several times to come by, inspect the situation, and assist if needed—but those offers were declined. It’s also important to note that the customer declined to share the insurance estimate. This limited our ability to understand the full scope of what was covered and to align our work accordingly. Had the estimate been provided, it could have helped set clearer expectations and prevented this misunderstanding. Gutter guard detach and reset is not part of a standard roof replacement unless specifically discussed and agreed upon. In this case, it was not included in the contract or mentioned prior to the work being completed. At MirraMark, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work and are fully committed to customer satisfaction.   Our new roof looks so good! Galin from Mirramark was fantastic to work with from start to finish — he communicated clearly at every step, so we always knew what was happening and when. His crew was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. His price was very competitive compared to other quotes we got, and Galin and his team consistently went above and beyond on all aspects of the project. His crew even picked up the brush pile we had at the curb and hauled it away for us, completely unprompted. That kind of extra care really says a lot about how they treat customers. Highly recommend Galin and Mirramark for anyone needing roofing work done right. We'll definitely be calling them again for any future projects!

  Galin was very helpful from the start. First with the roof after storm damage. And I hired him a second time for vinyl siding, new flooring, and new windows and door replacement. He was there every step of the way making sure the job was done right. I’m so grateful for Mirramark and Galin. They did a wonderful job.

  Galin with Mirramark was so helpful from the start to the end. Dealing with the insurance company and paperwork, great communication, transparency. We are 100% satisfied with the roof and gutters. The crew was great, respectful and courteous. They clean great. We definitely recommend Mirramark for any of your roofing and gutters needs.

  In my years as a homeowner, I’ve needed various types of services and repairs; but only on rare occasions have I encountered people who were so friendly, attentive, and professional—from the moment I requested an estimate until the job was professionally completed.   Mirramark helped me get a completely new roof after extensive storm damage to a 15 year old roof. Mt insurance company put up a good fight, but the Mirramark team was up for the battle. Great customer service and product.

  Our old roof was over 20 years old. Galin and his team worked with us and our insurance company to make the process very easy. They were honest and professional from start-to-finish. It is clear that they take pride in what they do, and we see that their work is skillful and meticulous. We are so happy with our new roof. It's absolutely beautiful and perfectly done!

  Gavins team just replaced our roof and gutters after we had a leak. He is very knowledgable, and works directly with the insurance company! He gave us all our options, even ones we hadnt considered, and made it very easy to get it taken care of. I highly recommend Gavin for your roofing needs!

  Galin is absolutely wonderful. He fought so hard to get ins to cover my roof. He's so professional and personal. They did a great job. My house looks great. Cleaned everything up. We love him.
