  Spoke to them on Monday and they said they would have someone reach out to schedule a roof inspection. Never heard back so I called Wednesday and was told that they would go out Thursday or Friday. I reached out Friday 3 times and was told that they would call back once they found out who was coming out and never heard back from anyone nor did I ever recieve a call back from anyone.

  They replaced less than 10 tiles on my roof at s cost of $500. I think that was too much. Also, I have call several times for a receipt. I still have not got one. I will not call them again.

  We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving the information. Our office manager was out of the office, but I believe she has now sent the details regarding the completed repairs. We always provide a quote before commencing any work and ensure that no actions are taken without the customer's consent. If you felt the cost was excessive, it would have been beneficial to address that concern at the time the repairs were finalized.

  We contacted Murphy and sons multiple times before someone finally called back to schedule an appointment for estimate. They scheduled for yesterday. We stayed home all day and no one ever showed up or called. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Dana, I do apologize for the miscommunication. We tried to call Vincent multiple times last week and his voice mail was full and couldn't take any messages. Our repairman finally spoke with Vincent on Friday and told him it would be sometime this week. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience this caused you. We are a small company and have been trying to get to every call as they come in.

  Murphy and Sons did a great job with my roof replacement. They came when they said they would and completed all the work in less than two days. They cleaned up extremely well both days. When they finished you would have never known they were even there. Can't recommend them highly enough if you need to get your roof replaced!

  Murphy and Sons did a great job. They communicated well throughout the entire process., and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything was completed on time. I have known the Murphy family for 40 years and they are hardworking, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them
