  Stop soliciting door to door! I will never use your company or any company that does this. You are pushy and unprofessional. We’ve received two cards on our door since the last big storm. Take the hint and GO AWAY!

  These storm chasers will hound you to the end of the earth. Their representatives, at least the ones that visit Osawatomie KS are rude and push. It doesn't matter if you have a new roof thats already been inspected, they will continue to tell you that its bad. I understand the need to up sale but it comes to the point were its belligerent. If they are this way before the job, imagine dealing with issues during the job. Use anyone else but them.

  I would never do business with them again. I felt the sales person, Shannon, wasn't very knowledgeable and lied. Will go with another company next time.

  Left this on my door when it specifically said “NO SOLICITATING”. I’m not sure if I want a company to work on my roof if they’re not respectful enough to adhere the the owner’s wishes and follow a sign. It’s this lack of detail and respect that has me thinking you’ll do a poor job working on my house. Please don’t come to our door again. Thank you.

  AAA Midwest was superior from the get go all the way thru completion of our roof replacement. It all started in April 2026 after a hailstorm. AAA Midwest was the only roofing company to come out in our area 5 miles North of St. Joseph Mo. They came all the way up from Kansas City! Glenn from their company was our initial first contact and I must say he was most professional and courteous the entire way through. He walked me through every step. This company worked diligently with my insurance company perfectly well and I ended up with a brand new roof and all new gutters and some new window screens. The roof workers replaced our roof in two days and that was in hundred degree weather. Talk about hard-working individuals! The gutter crew completed their end of it in a half a day. Glenn helped us find the perfect color outline for the shingles and for the gutters and downspouts. You would be amazed if I could upload pictures and show you the quality workmanship that we got out here. We could not be more happier no doubt in the future if we need anything done with our roof, we are contacting Aaa Midwest! To top it all off the price was all reasonable and we got a great warranty and we can sleep at night knowing that if anything goes wrong, they will send a crew right up!

  Got full roof replaced, priced based on appraisal from insurance and seemed fair. Work was done quickly. Takes them a while to handle payments for some reason

  We had a wonderful experience. We worked with Andrew Crawford at AAA Midwest Roofing. He first came out and did a thorough inspection and documented every instance of hail damage. He then met with our insurance adjuster when he came out to inspect the house for damage. We've never had to get a new roof, so we had no idea what to expect. Andrew walked us through every step and answered every question we had. They even upgraded our roofing material and gave us larger gutters than what we had before, for no extra charge. Andrew and his team also worked with our insurance to get additional gutters approved for replacement that they didn't initially want to cover. The team was very professional and also respectful of the rest of our property. They made sure they left our property in the same condition as when they started (which is a tall task). They will be the first ones we call if we ever need any more work done on our roof.

  Derick and Sean were super informative about the entire process from start to finish. Their roofing crew was efficient in all manners concerning the work and left our grounds in better shape than when they arrived.   I have to say that I was amazed with the service, quality of workmanship, and customer orientation of AAA Midwest Roofing. In particular, Andrew Crawford was simply excellent. He helped us navigate the insurance company policies, coordinate our wishes with the management and work crew, and keep us informed throughout the process. AAA Midwest is lucky to have him as well as the crew that did the work. I thought our previous roof and gutters were well done, but apparently I was not familiar with what true quality looks like. I highly recommend this company and Andrew.

  Great experience with Shannon Woods. Claim was originally denied by insurance company but Shannon worked to get it approved. She is very knowledgeable and a “pit bull” at getting things accomplished..

  I recently got a new roof and had a really great experience with AAA! . The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and worked efficiently. The roof looks great and the cleanup afterward was solid too. Shannon was especially helpful—she was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I am very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.
