The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for MTD Construction.

Asked for a quote, never received one. Later on in the day I ordered takeout and a man in this company truck stole my food. Goodluck with your roofing needs
Other reviews we hold
4 more of the 5 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

MTD is easy to deal with, very prompt in their service. They are experts and have been in the business a long time! If you are looking for any kind or type or roof on an industrial or commercial property, this is the company for you.
What MTD Construction says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on MTD Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
