  Complete roof replacement. Terrible workmanship. Damaged property. No accountability.

  As the owner of the company, I find this negative review unwarranted and untrue. Mr. Erickson, I was onsite working with the crew 90% of the time during your roofing project. You were also onsite acting as a supervisor. You were watching us through the majority of the project as well as even ASSISTING in the reframing of your soffits. When we finished, the day you paid your invoice, you were happy with your project. Months go by, and you then contacted me unhappy with the framing project that you were supervising, asking for some money back. Which I gave you. The property damage you’re speaking of were some ruts in your grass from our mobile dumpster. I brought out top soil and grass seed, and when my crew was filling it in, you said not to worry about it. I left you with the grass seed and top soil. We are a professional roofing company with a long log of happy customers. All I can say is sorry we weren’t able to leave you as one of them. Wish you the best.

  Nathan and his team were lovely to work with. We received several quotes for a roof replacement- he was the only one who took the time to get into the attic to inspect vents, water damage, etc prior to giving a quote. He was honest with his recommendations for this work and potential future projects we are looking at. The team was in communication daily with updates to schedule due to weather. When they arrived, the team got straight to work and completed the job in one day, instead of two. They were polite and thorough in their work. Nathan recommended blown in insulation in the attic and we are already feeling the difference inside the house! I highly recommend this group for all your roofing needs.

  I had used Ethical Exteriors in the past for something other than a roof. I called for more of the same as I was happy with the work done then. Nathan came out for our new issue and ended up giving us an inspection and roof estimate. We knew it was time. We did check other roofers, but the estimate from Ethical Exteriors was less costly and the quote was much more detailed. (We were just doing our due diligence.) We were scheduled quickly. The crew showed up and worked as scheduled. Nathan was on site as well as his foreman. Both were quick to answer any questions and explained themselves well. The work was well done and on time. The crew cleaned up very well and no damage from any of the work. We like how the whole project turned out. We are very happy with the results and recommend Ethical Exteriors. Update: This spring, I noticed an issue with a piece of siding that had not been apparent until the spring storms hit. The cause was a simple oversight from the roof installation. It was corrected. Nathan gave me a call and very quickly made things right. The extra touch was meaningful and appreciated. I am still happy with how the roof turned out.

  Everything was great - from Mike, the sales person, to the quick timing of the job, the professionalism of the crew, the thorough clean-up, and our amazing looking roof and skylights, we are very pleased with all of it! Highly recommend Ethical Exteriors!

  Ethical roofing is an excellent company from the owner to all their employees. They were all a pleasure to work with. During the initial consultation Nate was up front about all the work that was required. They didn’t try to over sell and took the time to educate me on my options, this helped us make the best decision. On site I worked with Nick the supervisor and his crew. They started on time at 8 am and finished at 9:30 pm completing the majority of the work protecting my house from potential rain. The next day they completed the detail work and finished cleaning. The employees were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up using large magnets for nails and even on their hands and knees in my landscaping making sure everything was picked up. Once done Nate completed a final inspection ensuring quality craftsmanship and took pictures for my review (7/12 pitch) once we reviewed every thing I was presented with Ethicals roofing’s workmanship warranty and the manufacturers warrenty. I am extremely pleased with my experience and definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or re-roof

  Had a great time working with Nathan and his crew. They were quick, affordable, and the quality of materials and work was excellent. With the roof done I look forward to working with these guys to get the siding done on my house next. Highly recommend!
