  Had a portion of our roof saddle/chimney repaired. They "made" the repair and no less than 3 years later we have leaking again in the same spot. Asked them to come out and they told me to look for someone else.

  It’s unfortunate to see you choose to give a negative review when we came back to your home to assess your current problem. After completing a tiny repair at your home in 2020, 4 years ago, we still came out and looked at it even though your warranty expired over 3 years ago. We also offered to give you an estimate on repairing your roof and you never got back to us. Not to mention the fact that since the repair was completed you’ve had solar panels installed, which immediately voided any remaining warranty you may have had. Again, we are willing and able to fit you in our very busy schedule as we’ve previously told you. But the one thing we are not able to do is fix a failing roof for free. Which unfortunately we understand that’s what this review is about. We wish you the best with your project and if we can be of further assistance please feel free to reach out.

  We strive to make sure we are punctual. We arrived 15 mins early for the $200 roof repair we were all set to take care of that day. No response when I knocked on the door . When talking to you on the phone I had asked to reschedule for this afternoon and you said no.. But we would still like to take care of your roof repair needs..

  I am sorry to hear about your frustrations. Yes it is true we ask our customers after hiring us to leave us feedback. What you left us as feedback is a let down for us because we wanted to do the work. We are honest and are forth right.Robert the person that was going to do your work ran over longer than expected at the previous house he was at. When in the middle of work sometimes you lose track of time and projects take longer than expected. I assure you he didnt blow you off on purpose. You called me when i was out of town and i answered on Saturday morning. After i got off the phone with you I called Robert right away to tell him you called and he tried calling you back twice. But no answer. Then you called me and i couldn't answer. Then i called you back and you didn't answer. I assure you we do communicate. I didn't want to get into" he said this and I did this". But with previous reviews we have our record speaks for itself... Let me know if there is anything i can do? I would be willing to work with you anyway i can. Thank you!

  Amazing experience from beginning to end! Being a family-owned company, they provide a personal level of care while still having the resources and experience to complete the job quickly and correctly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—from the initial estimate and follow-up questions to the office staff handling details and selections, scheduling the installation, and coordinating with the crew on the job. Everything was organized and professional. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

  I truly mean it when I say I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work, the crew, and the customer service. I chose a quote that was in the middle-to-higher range, and they delivered far beyond my expectations. The construction crew was incredibly hardworking, talented, and professional. Everyone was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend them!

  I highly recommend B.H.I Home Improvements for their excellent roofing work. Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation through completion of the project. Jack, the project manager, was fantastic about providing daily updates and keeping us informed throughout the process. I also really appreciated receiving drone photos after the job was completed. It was great to see the finished work from above and have a clear record of the completed project. The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and feel we made an excellent choice in selecting B.H.I Home Improvements.

  The team was very professional throughout the entire estimate process and kept me well informed about the timeline. The work was completed quickly, and they did a great job cleaning up afterward. I found a few nails later because I have small dogs, but overall the cleanup was excellent. The quality and value of the work were great, and the new roof looks fantastic. I’ve already recommended them to friends.

  B.H.I. Home Improvements did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They kept us updated on permit statuses and daily progress, providing photos of the original damage and the finished repairs. We’ve had a few heavy rains since the project was completed, and everything is holding up perfectly. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to others!

  B.H.I Home Improvements provided the right solution at a fair price. Their crew was professional and efficient, repairing a sagging garage roof, replacing old roofing layers, fixing rotted wood, and installing a solar tube.
