I am very unsatisfied.I wouldn't even give it one star matthew didn't show up for the initial quote and wasn't even professional enough to call to reschedule or cancel!

Hi Sandy, thank you for your honest feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for missing your scheduled estimate and for not contacting you to reschedule or cancel. That was unprofessional on my part, and I completely understand your frustration. Since then, we’ve made changes to our scheduling and communication process to help ensure this doesn’t happen again. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and I’m truly sorry we let you down. I wish you all the best with your project.

Steve and his crew helped me free a branch that had gotten caught in my Amateur Radio antenna after a recent storm. His crew was in the area replacing the roof on my neighbor’s house in Saline and offered to remove the branch for me. This is an example of the kind of “beyond the call of duty” service they provide. I am so appreciative of their fine efforts.

We are Residents of Ann Arbor. We had some major Siding Repair to be done in one corner of our house. There was a leak in the Siding where the Roof Gutter came and met, and that was causing water to leak right down into the Basement. It was very worrisome for us. Mike is the person we interacted with. He came and diagnosed the problem right away and then came and completed the work all by himself on the assigned appointment day. It had taken quite a few hours to complete. Thankfully it was a dry, warm day with no chance of rain and that helped. I had watched him off and on while he did the work and was thoroughly impressed by the fact that such a huge job could be done by just one individual. We paid whatever the quoted amount was by Mike. We did not call in three different contractors and ask for comparative quotes. I trusted Mike fully when he came, inspected and gave us the quote. The only thing I want to point out is that it took quite a bit of time from the day of initial inspection and the day he finally could come and do the job. He had told me that they were fully booked and he just could not do it any sooner. There too I trusted him fully, though every day it rained and leaked water into the basement increased our anxiety as homeowner. It was a small leak though (luckily), with water coming down the side walls and finding its way into the sump; it was not that the basement was getting flooded or anything like that. Still, I would have been a bit happier if it could be done a bit sooner. Well - in some matters it is whatever it is and there's nothing anyone can do about it. To anyone reading, I will fully recommend EXT Enhancements, and especially Mike with whom I had personally interacted, and who came and did the job for us. ALL FIVE STARS for sure. Job was completed the third week of July, 2026.

We contacted EXT Enhancements to quote new fascia, gutters, and trim. That same day, Anthony came out to inspect and give us an estimate. While doing a very thorough inspection of the roof and roofline, Anthony discovered some serious ventilation issues that we were not aware of. He took the time to explain everything, and genuinely cared about both our budget and the critical work that needed to be done. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Matt, Mike, Larry, Dave and the guys did a great job here in Pinckney fixing our 1970's house with siding, gutters, and a roof repair. The house looks great with a fresh new look from the original siding. My only concern was the sketchy caulking (picky I know), but the guys came back out to remedy those issues.

Had Matt and EXT enhancements replace my old vinyl siding in Howell, with hardie board siding. They did a great job very fair on prices even with financing and great quality. The clean up done was amassing. They raked, magneted and even used a leaf blower on my deck. I would give more stars if possible
