My elderly mother had this company install a roof and put on siding. After she passed away, I inherited the house. There were so many issues with poor workmanship: shingles not fastened correctly which led to the roof leaking and gaps in the siding where water pooled and leaked. The transition to the porch was not finished so the porched leaked and dry rotted. Unfortunately for me, I only now found the paper work.

My experience with MSRC was wonderful. Jose was always on time and professional. He was also personable, friendly, and honest. He gave me a fair quote on the roof and my price at the end, ended up being less than originally quoted. He will not gouge you with unexpected costs. When I was having trouble trying to find a tree trimming company to get branches out of the way, Jose came and spent a lot of time listening to my needs and taking pictures to send to a company that works with MSRC. The roof itself is beautiful and the workers finished in less than a day and did a great job cleaning up.

Katie, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review. I truly appreciate your trust in MSRC and your kind words about our communication, honesty, and pricing. I’m glad we were able to complete your roof inspection and installation efficiently, keep the final cost below the original quote, and also help you work through the tree-trimming issue. Our goal is always to listen carefully, explain the options clearly, and never surprise homeowners with unnecessary costs. Thank you again for choosing MSRC. It was a pleasure helping you, and I’m very happy to hear that you love the new roof. Jose Gonzales - MSRC

We bought a new house, and noticed draining over the gutter in one corner. Called MSRC and Jose was able to come take a look the same day. It was just a minor clog at the downspout, and he fixed it in a few minutes. Then he refused any payment, because it was so "easy"! He also inspected the roof while he was up there, and said it looked good. Can't say enough good about this company or Jose, will use again if we ever have issues with our roof or gutters.

Paul, thank you very much for the kind review. I’m glad the gutter issue turned out to be a quick fix and that we could also inspect the roof while we were there. Sometimes the right solution is simple, and I never believe in charging a homeowner just because we showed up. I truly appreciate your trust and your willingness to recommend MSRC. Thank you again, and please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever need help with your roof or gutters in the future. Jose Gonzales - MSRC

I have used these guys for years ever since they fixed my roof back when I was a first time home owner. They are quick to reply, even faster getting work done, and they always do it with honesty and kindness. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable option for any time of repair around your home. I’ve worked with Jose many times before who is great but this time I worked with Arturo and he did the same high quality craftsmanship I’m used to. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve needed Jose‘s help on several incidents in the last year and this year. He’s always been extremely helpful. When you need him, It seems like it’s some of the worst time, but he always gone out of his way to make sure that the job gets done Quick and efficiently. In my case, there was an issue with how the original builders installed my shingles. He told me the problem corrected their mistakes and got me patched back up. It was seem like no time at all. For me he’s got a customer for life thanks.
