  I called the first time and got a recording so I called again at a later time and got Jen I believe. I explained what I needed done and she said she would text me to see if Mike can pass by since he was going to pass the area. She texted and said Mike will pass by between 4:30 and 5pm. That was a day ago. Today I reached out and left a message asking if they were still interested, that I was a bit disappointed that Mike never called or texted to say he couldn't come. I still did not get a call back today. I guess courtesy doesn't exists today to say we can't do the job or are too busy at the moment.

  Had our roof done 3 years ago. We wondered why the flashing was put up so high around the chimney. About three weeks ago we had water pouring into our living room. We had someone come out to fix it today and he pulled back the flashing and found barely any mortar between the bricks. Absolutely disgusted!

  Hi Julianne! We are so sorry this happened to you unfortunately you're not a customer of ours. We do stand by our work; however there are a few issues with your claims not to mention you never called us to inspect and repair the work. which if we had done would be covered by our warranty and not cost you a dime. 1st issue is we have- We have no record of you as a customer 2nd issue is we have- We don't do any brick or mortar work, You stated that the issue with the leak is that there was no mortar between the bricks. This would be the responsibility of your mason that installed your bricks 3rd Issue we have- We do not cut into bricks as the picture shows, also if we had done the work there would be flashing and counter flashing. If you are a customer and water is leaking from the roof we installed? then feel free to reach out to our office at 302-672-0072 Most of our warranty last between 10-20 years.

  MR Hunter was great. Got the job done at a fair price. I had to replace EVERYTHING on my roof because it was old and sagging. (Like me) He figured it out and perked it up.

  We had a very good experience with MR Hunter. Communication was very easy throughout our project. Work crew was always on time, friendly, and worked hard all day. Their attention to detail was incredible. And they efficiently figured out how to rectify some underlying water-damaged areas. We are so happy with the finished product- new roof, new siding, new soffits , and new gutters. We would highly recommend MR Hunter LLC !
