  They were great when family owned. Now corporate, they are horrible including there management. Their team caused thousands of dollars in damages to my property including landscaping, roof, lights, security cameras & potting bench to name a few. Don't make the mistake I made. There are many great companies that offer service deserved. Even after complaints, their management is unapologetic and demanding. Stay away from them!!!!!!!

  I was a huge fan of Kirkin until recently. We recently experienced an issue and we called multiple times (6-7) for someone to call us so we can discuss the concern. We've also texted to cover all our bases. 2 weeks later, NO ONE has called us to discuss the issue. Up until now, I was actively referring people to Kirkin as I was pleased with my past experiences. Now, I find them wholly unresponsive and we still have an issue that has gone unresolved. Very disappointed in the decrease in service.

  employees have no respect for the law, or children as they ZOOM past school busses that are picking/dropping kids off with their STOP sign out. I would find a more respectable company to deal with.

  I had Kirkin come out diagnose the problem with my ten year old roof that was leaking. They did and proposed to fix it for over 3k. The first time it rained after they allegedly fixed it water came in in multiple places. Spoke with the GM …

  Hi Clay! Thank you for your feedback on this issue. I’ve pulled up your account, and it shows you signed a contract for siding and roof repairs in December. The contracted work that was agreed upon was completed by our technicians in early January. After your call stating that you were still leaking, we came to assess this and it was determined that the leak was coming from an area outside of the work that was completed. Unfortunately, as explained thoroughly by Andrew, when working on older buildings there could be several causes of leaks in multiple locations. A more extensive estimate was offered to provide further assistance which was declined. Please do not hesitate to give us a call any time at 302-832-7663 to discuss this further.   I recently had my home's siding partially fixed , and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The workmanship was subpar, with noticeable inconsistencies and I continue to have leaks from areas that were not in the initial area of the issue . The job were poorly done, and there are leaks in several places. Additionally, they’ve come twice after the initial work, after each visit, things appears to be worse then they met it. I was then told there have to be a new estimate ,which will cost me more for a job that was not done properly. Communication with the contractor was challenging, and addressing concerns proved to be an uphill battle. Overall, I cannot recommend their services based on the disappointing outcome of the siding job.

We made repairs to your leaking window in December according to your visual assessment and contract. We did not install the siding at your home, therefore we cannot be held responsible for the entire wall and any issues it may cause. We understand your frustration, however we have fulfilled our contracted work and have offered to give other estimates to expand the repair area.   This company doesn’t care if their drivers crack your windshield on a major highway because nobody died says “Danielle” who also was rude and hung up on me. She is an employee who currently works for the company. Very disappointed in the lack of consideration and professionalism.

  Unbelievable customer service from the first phone call until my new roof was installed. Can't thank Danny and Will enough. Made the whole process very easy, no bs, just the facts. Both were very informative and answered all my questions about the replacement process. Couldn't be happier, I highly recommend. Thank you Kirkin Exteriors.

  We needed an emergency roof patch repair and had a deadline to provide to our homeowners insurance. Everyone was booked, even Kirkin , but they understood the situation and squeezed us in even during this sweltering heat. They provide top notch customer service and support, are reasonably priced and do an outstanding job! Highly recommend this company

  James Worthy was our Service Technician. Before my husband told him what our problem was, James had pointed out what needed to be done. He gave us an estimate, we agreed on the cost and the repairs needed and he got right to work. We are very satisfied with the repairs and will be calling if any other repairs are needed. We've been telling our neighbors and family about Kirkin since we had our roof replaced. They will continue to be our first choice when it comes to roofing and siding. Thanks James.
