  THE NAKED EYE FOR ANYONE TO SEE THIS ROOF IS NOT CORRECT. I called them a few times. They sent a crew once and when I came home and found them on the front of my roof, well let's just say NOT!!!! I let them know that they were on the wrong part of the roof. I got really upset because NONE of the spoke English. Lucky for me my niece showed up, she was able to tell them that threw were working on the wrong part. One of the men said to Herr that they needed to get some materials and would be back, but they never cam to fix the back part and Mr roof is pretty bad. My ins will not let use file a claim. We are both disabled and can not do this work.Do not use this company, Mr Roofing & Gutter, they do not stand behind their work. Where is the sign he asked to place in my yard but then decided not to because the roof was a sloppy job. I called them several several times. They came back to fix the leak but did not. I have tried over and over. In the last 6 years I have maid insurance claims on my roof. But they won't fix the damage stating that it was due to poor workmanship on my roof. And now I have no money to fix myself. The decking over the back door was found t have rotted a couple years ago. They never even fixed my carport roof. My insurance will not cover my roof due to Mr. Roofing & Gutters poor job on it. The mortgage holder is a Lawyer, and he is very upset about this disaster. We are about to file suit.

  I've had a full set of gutters for several years! No problems until this year when we got rain again. The area in front of my front porch started overflowing like Niagra Falls which then impacted the wood behind the gutters. It turned out a large rock closed off the drainspout outlet making the water back up. I called a business l found on Google, taking a chance bc 2 other options did NOT workout. James came, assessed the problem and gave me a reasonable and sensible quote. (One other roof/gutter business wanted to replace ALL of the other working gutters for $28K.🤨) James is a miracle worker. Intelligent, insightful, clever, industrious, believes in recycling and re-using still workable supplies and HONEST! He did an outstanding job...all by himself (not needing extra, costly and sometimes NOT needed helpers)...but careful. My finished product looks better than the original! He also reattached a couple of downspouts which had fallen off bc another person cut corners! JAMES is truly a diamond in the rough! I may be an old lady, but l am still alert and observant. BC l was a single home owner, l kept learning how to maintain my home. It was easy to see he knew what he was doing. JAMES IS AN ASSET, and l have already made plans for him return! Obviously, l recommend him and his employer!

  I called Mr. ROOFing & Gutters to have some vents installed and old "whirly birds" removed. They came out the same day and were done in the afternoon. Great guys!

  Owner is very nice and responsive although busy. Installation crew is so respectful and did an amazing job on my home. I absolutely love the gutters! Color match is perfect & over 30 colors to choose from. Go with Mr. ROOFing & Gutters for your roofing needs - your sure to be 100% satisfied.

  A do it ALL company! If you want a great price for great work, then hire this company! And they do LOTS of other construction than roofs, just ask. Their experience is unbeatable. Thanks guys and I look forward to doing business again…
