  Unfortunately had a horrible experience. I had someone out from Mr. Gutter maybe 2 months ago and got a quote for cleaning and fixing my gutters vs replacing them. A couple weeks ago now, I began calling and Facebook messaging them to see when they could start work for the cleaning/repair. After 3 tries I heard nothing back. Then I get a call saying we were "on the books" for today (Wednesday, September 5th). I called back and spoke with Carl who said the guys would be out between 8-9am to start. Never got a reminder the night before. Didn't get any call the morning of. 850am came and I called "Carl" back; no answer so I left a message. Now it is 1023am and I called another number (from the Google search listing) and left a message (no one picked up) again with my name, address, and cell number to call back and explain where the crew is. Horribly disappointed with Mr. Gutter.

  Came for an estimate and then despite 4 calls and an email to schedule the repair work, they never returned our call. That to me is bad business.

  These guys are awesome! Locally owned and family operated. I have had them do a gutter fix and several siding repairs on my old cedar siding. Very reasonable pricing. If you need gutter work, windows installed, siding, gutter cleaning in Saint Charles/ the tri-cities give this top notch crew a call. You will be supporting a family owned and operated company that has been in business for 47 years!

  Kind, and knowledgeable staff. Owner came out and quoted our house promptly. Did very clean and nice work. I'd recommend them to anyone I know. (even got the trapped squirrel out of our roof)

  I had Mr. Gutter install custom half round galvalume (looks like Zinc) gutters on our historic four square home in downtown St. Charles after we had new siding and a roof installed. They even made a custom conductor head where two downspouts meet for an added elegant and functional look. We couldn’t be happier with the final result as it really completes the look of the home with an added benefit that the gutters can handle way more water compared to the old gutters and are less prone to clogging from leaves. These guys are the best!

  Family owned business in St. Charles for a very long time. We had our siding done, gutters cleaned every year since. Honest and well priced.

  Just had work done last week before the recent rains. Carl came out game me a competitive estimate two days later replaced old 5" gutters with new 6" gutter. Huge rain last night and today- all rain water diverted away from house. Very happy.

  These guys are great! So easy to work with! Kept me updated as things were being shipped. Plus they’re killer at doing copper, couldn’t find many confident guys, but these guys knocked it out of the park.

  Originally, I had searched around for multiple contractors for replacing the gutters on my home. Mr gutter was recommended to me by my sister which had high praise for Mr gutter. And I can safely say that praise is well founded! Carl was very professional and came out immediately for a quote. This was in mid September and I was quoted end of October for installation. Well, Carl had called me a few days later and asked if it was okay if they installed the next week! They came out and within one day had all new gutters installed on my home. My home is over 100 years old and has never had gutters and I've always had problems with the basement getting some water in it but now there is none and I am so excited and happy with the results. I couldn't recommend Mr gutter more and highly recommend you give them a call for your gutter needs!
