I saw they had 4.6 review, but are yet to return my two calls I have left messages for on a quote. I gave my name and number twice each time and explained what I needed done, but have not gotten a call back at all. Very disappointing. If they make good on it, I will surely rate again accordingly.

No show for roof quote twice. First appointment called half hour after appointment to reschedule. Second appointment no call no show.

Heavy snow & Ice took out some of our panels. My husband called the next day & they came out to fix them . One needed a little more repair. Next week they came out & put a snow retention on. Very pleased with the service. Chad & his crews are the best. Will definitely recommend them to anyone replacing a shingle roof.

From the very first consultation, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. They assured us they could handle the job with ease and confidence — and they absolutely delivered. Communication was excellent, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. We would absolutely use them again!

Their analysis of what needed to be done to improve drainage on or 1911 home surpassed their competitors. The entire staff was courteous, professional and helpful (they even did a quick fix for our neighbor at no cost). We are very pleased with the quality of the work and definitely recommend them! 5 and a half stars.

Had Raindrop gutter guards installed. Best gutter guards available after much research. Chad the owner was great to talk with, and the crew did an excellent job. Would recommend the product and this company. Will likely use them again for siding in the future.

I have used Moore twice now for projects. One was new gutters with gutter guards and now a snow retention system. From quote to completion, the people are top notch and the work is perfection! They answer any question you might have from start to finish! I highly recommend Moore to anyone for their roofing and gutter needs.

We called Moore Quality Exteriors LLC to install an outdoor porch floor with a rubber roof. Our goal was to prevent leaks to the indoor room below. We found the Moore team to be reliable, respectful, professional, thoughtful, and VERY hard working. They were both friendly and positive. The Moore crew was a well tuned team, each knowing what to do, and easy to work with. They arrived each day in a timely manner, cleaned up well, and we couldn't be happier with their work. I thought they were reasonable for the detail and quality of their work.

We had Chad Moore install our steel roof in 2018, and this is absolutely the best thing we've done to the house. We live in a pine forest on the Lake Michigan shore, and our shingle roof (1965) needed replacement. I did a ton of research …

Chad and his crew were awesome to work with. Chad was very attentive to our needs and never beat around the bush. He was very honest with us on our repairs and helped us come us with solutions that fit within our budget. Chad also has an exceptional amount of experience. he was the one who informed us of a much larger insulation issue after coming out to fix our chimney cap. He worked with us to discover our entire roof was covered in mold. He then pointed us in the right direction with other contractors to help us remediate and then followed through the entire process on getting it all repaired. I cannot recommend Moore Quality Exteriors enough. Customer for life!
