  Unfortunately, I witnessed someone in this company’s vehicle yell at a customer in the Lowe’s parking lot claiming they weren’t a Veteran after parking in a spot reserved for Veterans. They continued their rude confrontation saying that those spots require a veteran’s license plate. As the wife of a Veteran who doesn’t have a specific plate on their car, I was shocked by his aggressive behavior. It seems like a very poor way to represent your company… yelling at veterans. It would make me think twice before hiring them.

  Funny how you don’t know me. You replaced my roof. You advised us to lower our chimney to below the roofline and add a pipe through the roof instead because we only use the chimney for exhaust from our water heater and furnace. You used a single wall pipe instead of a double wall pipe. So if the pipe condensates it drips on my dining room ceiling. Plus you can see daylight between the pipe and the roof. You’ve been to my house several times to see what is the problem. You say that it is your fault and that it needs to be fixed. We’ve tried calling still but you will not return our calls now. My dining room ceiling is ruined and the pipe situation is still not fixed. It is now going on 2 years. You came highly recommended by a lumber store in Joplin. Extremely disappointed and upset with your service. Also there is a part of our roof in the back of the house that has no decking. Only roofing material and shingles. Very sloppy work. You were paid in full when the job was finished. Why won’t you warranty your work? 10/27/2020 It has been raining a couple of days now. We noticed that our other chimney is leaking now. The top shelf of my kitchen cabinets has standing water and now the ceiling around that chimney is ruining my ceiling. Again I ask. Why won’t you warranty your work?!? Well, you waited how many years to reply??? He passed away this year. So looks like you win.

  There’s no way to roof over rotted wood you’d fall into the house . Plus if we find rotted it’s more work extra charge so never a problem !! I’ve made numerous attempts to try help your husband. You wasn’t in the picture so I’ve never known you . I did lots extra things no charge . But your heat unit under your house has a single wall pipe that creates leaking condensation (needing a double wall pipe ) it’d stop that leaking condensation.. as I told your husband at the beginning . You got in the mix & don’t understand. We’re still here & ready to make happy if possible. Please Get your husbands bid . You’ll see I did my part . Never in our 40 years of business roofed over rotted wood. 😆 417-438-0895 we’re waiting to hear from you !!! Thanx ps.if not it’s on you I’ve tried for 20 years to come there . Seems you complain but won’t let us try help out .

  NO... NO AND ABSOLUTELY NO!!! These people completely ripped my mom all the way off!!! I can post pictures of the "roof job" they did that would render you speechless because it didn't last three years or even a year really because it has leaked water into our bathroom from our Dormer since well the first time it stormed after they put it on they were supposed to have put a covered porch on the front of the house which they did do but it completely separated from the house just a few years after it was done the Dormer I spoke of a few moments ago was supposed to have been taken care of by whom Monty claimed was his "sheetrock guy" who had been there "helping" with the roof and the porch and they somehow talked her into paying them up front for a job that they were never going to show back up to do... and never did. We tried calling them and telling them about the roof and the Dormer job and all this stuff and they never did come out and return to fix any of the issues that they left my mom with. Is my opinion these people should not be in business because I have pictures to back up every single bit of what I'm saying along a signed copy of their contract containing a warranty on the roof and their work that was never honored.... I honestly don't know how these people are in business. They should be ashamed of theirselves I'm leaving my mom's house like it is!! Shame on y'all!!!! Photos of the sorriest "roofing or construction" work (if that's what you want to call it) I have ever seen in my life!! Shame on ya!!

Any photos and evidence you have to show the direct affects of the work is truly appreciated !! Since it has been over three years as you stated, we must have evidence of any issues being due to poor installation/service before we can submit any warranty claims as is standard procedure. We want to be sure our work and promises are honored to the fullest extent. The sheetrock guy mentioned is an act of his own and not under our business !! We maintain a nearly perfect reputation and can assure you that your issues as stated are far from the normal quality we provide !!   We had Monty replace a roof and put up new guttering on our house. We couldn't be happier with the result. They got in and got the job done. You hear so many stories of people not showing up to do the work but that was not the case here. We would most certainly recommend Monty and his crew.

  I don’t think there’s even a possibility that any other roofing company that could have made me more satisfied than Monty! His crew was so respectful and professional. Thanks again Monty for turning my slip sliding roof into roof that I can be proud of!!!

  We had a great experience using Monty to replace our roof. He texted us the quote, and said the crew could start within a week.(we got to pick our own shingle color). The crew was excellent, and while they were working they encountered an unexpected problem. Monty gave us a call immediately to discuss our options.

  We recently had Monty frame up our new shop. He was prompt to start our project, kept the site neat and clean and got it done in a timely manner. We’re very pleased with the workmanship and won’t hesitate to use him for future projects. We’ve also had Monty do several other siding and roofing projects and have been happy each time . We highly recommend Monty as he’s honest, reliable, has reasonable rates and is easy to work with.

  Monty did one of my first major projects to build an in-law suite. His customer service and workmanship are top-notch--always going above and beyond to please his clients. Monty and his team are my go-to partners whenever new projects come up. Highly recommend!

  Installed our metal roof in 2015 and it's been through storm after storm with no issues. The team is respectful and professional and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right and on a tight schedule. Couldn't ask for a better crew!

  I have been using Monty's for about 30 years. They have always been fair and the communication is top notch. The quality of work is good and they stand behind it. I had a particularly unusual leak that only showed up if a storm came from a unique direction. They worked on it each time I called and patiently stayed with it till I was satisfied. I always recommend Monty's to all my friends and family. He's good enough I'd even recommend him to my foes.
