  Everything started out pretty well. The sales rep showed up on time on the mutually agreed day. He suggested we have their roofer perform a "water test". We scheduled the water test for the following Tuesday, but they couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule for the next day, but we already had some other work scheduled for that day, so we settled on Friday. We were contacted again and advised it would need to be the following Wednesday before the roofer could be here. So now it's been almost 2 weeks since the initial meeting with the sales rep. The roofer did finally arrive that Wednesday. He was pleasant and took time to understand our issues. Said he'd get with the sales rep to provide an estimate of repair costs. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard a word back from this organization. I'll never understand why companies feel it's okay to just leave you hanging vs outright telling you they are not interested in your business. What a waist of time and unfortunate sign of the times.

  Montgomery Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. Jake Tanner and Jeremy Simpson were professional, dependable, and made the whole process much easier. The crew worked hard, cleaned up well, and the finished roof looks great. We really appreciate their communication and the quality of their work.   They started at 7 and finished by 12! Looks absolutely beautiful and so happy with how it turned out. Cody was very quick with coming to check everything, getting it scheduled and done! Will be recommending them to any of my waco/groesbeck/mexia/kosse peeps!
