We've been working with Luis at Modern Roofing and Restoration for years and he's our go-to guy for the majority of our home needs. It's been fantastic to have someone reliable we can call on. Also know that Modern Roofing and Restoration is so much more than just a roofing company - we've also had them handle gutter replacements, fascia and soffit repair, exterior and interior painting, and even drywall work, and the quality has been outstanding across the board. Estimates were clear and itemized which really gave us a complete understanding of the costs and empowered us to make informed choices. Pricing always feels fair and reasonable! Luis has been working with his crews for a long time so everyone is efficient, has clear instructions, and executed the work flawlessly. We love working with Luis and his teams and can't recommend them enough! Thanks team!

We were having leaks in our roof and Luis came out promptly to fix the issue. He provided excellent service and was very communicative. He came out to our house multiple times to make sure that the problem was fixed. His prices are very reasonable, too! We highly recommend this business.
