Do NOT recommend. Martin MacRae (Marty) doesn’t do the work he’s paid to do, he’ll ghost you, and if he does talk to you, he’ll lie. As of today, it's now been 51 days since he last said he would be over to work on the projects and he hasn't responded to any of my messages. Started out good, but almost a year later has not finish either of the projects he was hired to do. Roofing, siding, balcony, interior work, porch, and other work not finished. Trim he installed is falling off the house. Left a hole in the side of the house exposed to the rain for over a month causing water damage, which he said he would address and hasn’t. Lied to my face for two months stating he was waiting on the township to approve plans and it turned out he never submitted them, months after stating again he would submit them, he still hasn’t. On multiple occasions he stated he would be over to do work and then did not show. Sometimes even after I verified with him that morning that he was still coming, he wouldn't show up. On multiple occasions ghosted me for weeks, and over a month twice. His only excuse was that he’s overwhelmed by the project. We even offered several times to renegotiate the contracts to allow him to wrap up the projects without having to finish, but he would state he planned to do it all and then ghost us for weeks afterwards.

DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE WORK. He burned me. Sloppy job on patio pavers and now won’t call back or answer any calls or texts. I trusted him at his word he would come back this spring and repair the job. It’s been since March he stopped answering. He’s why contractors get a bad reputation. Buyers be ware!! Marty/Lauren- if you’re reading this call me. We can work something out.

Really professional, nice guys. Actually on time too. I felt like they went out of their way to do what I asked and the project turned out great. Will call again to build my new deck next year.

I'm so thankful for Marty's crew. While sitting on my couch i heard dripping from behind me. At 930pm this is not what i wanted to deal with. Called Marty with MNM Construction the next morning. He came over the same day and was able to get my entire roof replaced. I thought there was only 1 leak - there was many! Thank God he found them before the next rainfall!! My roof had some serious damage and they were able to fix everything. They were extremely professional and worked within my budget. I am very happy with my new roof! I highly recommend them!!

I highly recommend MNM Construction. They showed up at my house when it was 6 degrees to do an urgent roof repair as I had a steady stream of water coming in through my drywall. They saw the urgency and showed up to start the repair the next day. The repair only took 2 days, the workmanship exceeded my expectations and it came at a very fair price. Thank you MNM!!

MNM did two large projects for us; a complete kitchen remodel and a remodel of our walk out basement. The work looks fantastic and totally transformed both spaces. We love it!

MNM Construction, thank you for your service! Not only did they get the job done in a timely fashion, but everyone involved was professional and pleasant to work with. The crew showed up, did the job, and cleaned up when they were finished. I could not be happier with the job that was done. I look forward to future projects.
