  annoying door to door sales tactics. They visit almost every other week stating "they're doing work on a neighbor's home" and they are never in the neighborhood doing work. Getting tired of throwing away their sales pamphlets they leave on the doors.

  Pushy solicitors. I politely asked him to leave information. After getting home from a long day I was tired with dinner on the stove. However, he kept talking, asking questions and trying to sell.

  Leaves notes and solicits even when asked not to! We have signs all over the development saying no soliciting and have asked them personally in the past to stop - last summer they came 3-4 times per week and it just started again this year! We don’t buy and display signs for no reason! When I called them to discuss it they tried to turn it into a sales call! Seriously?!? Please respect our privacy when asked!

  Very frustrated and annoyed with this company. They trespass on my property and inspect my home without permission nor communication on their end. Then leave a flyer stating I have roof damage (which I do not it was just done by someone else, imbeciles) and insisting it over the phone without even looking up the adress in reference. Very pushy and uninvited sales tactics. As far as Im concerned the damage to my roof would only be caused by the most recent person to snoop around it while Im not home.....that would be you guys, so are you saying you damaged my roof? Stop bothering people at their homes.

  Great experience with Dallas, SASA, Peter, and the whole crew at MLM. Once weather finally cooperated we got our new roof installed and you would barely know that there were roofers here for two days, besides the beautiful new roof. Would recommend them to anyone.

  I am very impressed and satisfied with MLM Home Improvement. Very professional rnd very competent. Pete Carlson, the consultant for my roof, immediately gained my trust. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicated well with the insurance company and showed great pride and confidence in MLM. I highly recommend this company.

  There was a little disputing about what to be done, partially because I did not carefully check the contract before singing it as an owner, but overall I was very happy about the job they performed. Dallas, the project manager, and his crew, led by a young man named Greenmaster, were very professional. They checked with me at every step to make sure that I was satisfied with what was done. Well, I did not have any concerns as they did everything perfect, better than anticipated in some occasions. Folks even did a little more than what they had to, helping me carry some leftover materials. At the end of the work they did a thorough clean up to make sure that there was no nails or debris left behind. I would not hesitate at all to recommend MLM to friends and neighbors.

  I had my roof covering replaced by MLM Home Improvement. Matt Cain came out before the scheduled replacement date to go over every detail to be performed. Project Manager Tony Faulkner called before installation and during to keep me up to date with the project, and was available any time I had a question or concern. (I had to have solar panels removed and reset) Javier and his crew did such a phenomenal job on my difficult roof. They arrived at 7am sharp and worked through until 7pm with a break for lunch. An entire roof, new facia boards and capping in only twelve hours. New gutters to follow. Clean up was constant and thorough. Few bits and pieces here and there, but to be expected. A great big "THANK YOU" and "APPRECIATION" to you all and MLMHI. Great job, I love my new roof!!

  Tony Faulkner and his crews were great to work with. The trim, roof and gutters look good. They cleaned up the property at the end of every work day. I would definitely recommend them.

  Mr. Mike Delvecchio (MLM) has helped with roof inspection and related insurance claim work, with others from MLM office. Mr Tony Faulkner (MLM) and the crew completed the roof material delivery and replacement-installation job well in time on scheduled day. They cleaned up debris around the house which is really appreciated. Mr. Tony was good with project schedule communication from start to finish. The crew did all efforts to minimize the debris spread . At this stage I am really happy with work the done. Their work is worth 5 stars. Thank You all at MLM involved.
