Corey and his team completed a roof replacement for us at a cottage in Baysville. His team was very professional and ensured we were kept informed during the entire process, with minimal disruptions. The job was completed as scheduled and site was completely cleaned up both evenings so that we were able to enjoy our evening outside. Pricing was very competitive with other local roofers. Thanks for the great job Corey and team!!

I first met Cory two years ago when our family was looking to replace several very old roofs that were in dire need of new shingles and minor patch work. The property is on an island which means every home improvement task that requires an outside contractor is a bigger ordeal than on the mainland. At the time I spoke with a couple different contractors and of the ones I spoke with, Cory far and away made the best impression. First and foremost he called me back immediately and proceeded to schedule a meeting with us very quickly which was important for us as we were up on vacation and had a limited timeframe to meet contractors and decide on one. Cory rearranged his schedule to meet our needs. After meeting I immediately knew we were going to work with Cory and his crew. His insight into our particular situation and needs was very helpful and educational. After speaking with others, it was apparent to me that Cory knew what he was doing and had the experience that we needed. He was prompt turning around a proposal which was also very comforting. We didn't hesitate hiring him. He did the work while no one was up using the cottages which was also very helpful. We definitely felt comfortable having him there despite our absence. It was a big job that took him the better part of the week and again was complicated by the fact that he needed to coordinate a barge service to be there to bring over all of the supplies as well as remove the old roof debris. He did four roofs for us at that time, three that were planned and he did a third which was not on the work order, a small gazebo that badly needed attention and he did it free of charge. The jobs were excellent and the place was immaculate afterwards. They did a great job of cleaning up. You would have never known he was there except for the new shingles of course. Fast forward two years and we had one more out building that needed a new roof (that we should have done the first time around). I called him up, he came ove

Alex, thank you for the thoughtful review and for trusting MKT Roofing and Exteriors with your island property—coordinating materials and cleanup out there is no small feat. We really appreciate you highlighting Cory’s responsiveness, clear guidance, and the way the crew kept everything spotless and handled multiple roofs (plus that gazebo) without hassle. We’re grateful to be working with you again and we’ll be sure the next roof turns out just as solid.

Super happy with my new roof! We had a major water intrusion due to ice damning this past winter and the roof as well as structural issues in the attic arose because of this. I had 3 roofers come by and look at the problem and Cory was the only one who seemed to understand not only how to fix the damage but also how to address the root cause of the issue and provided preventative options. Thats why we went with MKT and we even decided to redo the whole roof as well since we were already going to be working on it. Fast forward to the job starting, all the guys were awesome, super professional and my roof looks fabulous! I feel positive I have a structurally sound roof and a water tight roof. 100% recommend Cory and his team. Thanks for the great work guys :)

Danielle, thank you so much for the kind words—I'm really glad Cory was able to pinpoint the root cause of the ice damming and walk you through preventative options, not just patch the damage. It means a lot to hear our crew was professional and that you’re feeling confident in a structurally sound, watertight new roof.

We have used Corey several times. 1. We had a small deck built. I knew what I wanted, but knowing and executing are different things. He listened and he understood what I wanted and did it better that I ever could have fixing what had been a long standing flaw in our landscaping. 2. We have an attached garage with partial bedroom over. The flashing was leaking. He understood how and why and it is now fixed. 3. While doing flashing he noticed some problems with our eavestrough and told us we had a few years left. The house was built in 1998 so that is not unexpected. What was unexpected was he told us the soffit and facia were really well done and to leave them alone. He had this work subbed out for us and the people were really good. 4. We, like everyone else in Barrie, had tree damage from the ice storm. We called Corey and he and his crew came and got everything cleaned up for us. MKT Roofing and Exteriors has worked really well for us.

David, thank you for taking the time to share all of that. We really appreciate you trusting Corey and the MKT Roofing and Exteriors team for everything from the deck and flashing repair to the honest advice on the eavestroughs, soffit, and fascia, and helping with the ice-storm cleanup. We’re glad it’s all been working well for you, and we’re here anytime you need us.

I contacted Corey from MKT Roofing and Exteriors about an ongoing leaking roof issue created by the builder. Many roofing companies and insurance contractors had tried to repair the ongoing issues but were unsuccessful. With Corey's years of experience and knowledge and his eagerness to correct our leaky roof, he and his crew worked diligently and repaired the most complicated area of the roof with a unique design to redirect rain water and melting snow. I wish I had contacted MKT Roofing and Exteriors first when we noticed the issue. Corey and his crew are professional, courteous and work great as a team. They work with their clients to meet their needs and expectations. We highly recommend Corey's MKT Roofing and Exteriors. If possible we would give them several more stars than 5. You will not regret your decision going with Corey and his crew. Thank you for working diligently and hard for us.
