Work was done professional. When payment came, company owner advised additional charges that were not listen on the contract. When I question these, charges, owner because defensive and spoke to me in an unprofessional manor. I will not be utilizing their services again.

I want to sincerely thank MK Property Solutions for the outstanding work they did on my home. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. They handled everything—roof repairs, drywall and ceiling texture in the bedroom, fresh paint, new carpet with padding, and even installed all new gutters and skylights. Every part of the job was done with care and quality, and the results truly exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with the work, and I highly recommend MK Property Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality home improvement services. I would absolutely use them again!

I had some rotting soffits and gutter boards. I attempted to do some of it myself and found that I was getting a little in over my head so I called MK Solutions. They came out and gave me a fair price and even did some brick maintenance …

We hired MK Property Solutions for a 2-day new kitchen cabinet install that turned into a full main floor renovation. Dave, the owner, heard our needs and helped guide us through the work from start to finish. He made our visions come to life. It was so nice to work with one company for all of the various jobs throughout the reno. Dave took care of everything and kept the work moving. They stayed on the job until it was complete. Separate from the inside renovation, MK also helped us with an outside siding issue that caused water damage. Dave worked directly with our insurance company and made sure we understood what was happening each step of the way. Dave and his team were so professional and courteous. Kaitlin in the office was so pleasant to work with as well. We will definitely be working with MK again!!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with MK. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone. Dave Gregory and his team were courteous, quick to respond to our inquiry, professional, and they did great work! If we could give them six stars, we would. :)

MK went above and beyond our expectations. There is no question these are the guys for you. We’ll definitely be staying loyal to them, and if we should need more work done they’ll be our first and only call. They redid the whole outside of our home, windows, siding, painting, and roof. It doesn’t even look like the same house, and we’re definitely the best looking house on the block.

We requested Danny to come out to give us an estimate to replace a few shingles that were damaged from a storm and a few others that were damaged by a satellite dish on the roof. We also requested him to give us an overall assessment of the …

Well my name is Ryan and I don't normally write reviews, its my least favorite thing to do.. But due to the outstanding quality and professionalism of MK Property Solutions has impressed me enough to do so this time.. everyone I talked to during my experience was pleasantly polite and very professional. The crew was always prompt, polite ,clean , and respectful, and any questions I had rather it be questions of concern or curiosity, were promptly answered with confidence , knowledge and experience.. That gave me a sense of security knowing that the people working on my home knew exactly what they were doing.. know if's , and's or but"s or excuses. And im also OCD and can usually pick a part someone workmanship , but they were sharp and precise and did things the right way from start to finish.. They didn't cut any corners and were still able to save me money.. The reason being for this review is because they are the first to have earned an A.1 in quality in my book.. So from me to you when it come to roofs , gutters , siding , and bathroom remodeling , I would have to say they're highly recommended.. Statements like these ,for me , do not come easy... thanks again MK for an outstanding job
