  I would not recommend Millwood Construction. Our experience was extremely frustrating. We agreed to a contract and were happy with the terms that were presented to us. Afterward, we were informed that there had been a “system glitch” and that the pricing had changed. We were then told we would be responsible for additional costs related to tariffs, despite the company and products being located within the United States. The situation felt misleading and left us with very little confidence in the pricing and contracting process. When making a large investment in your home, you should be able to trust that the contract you sign is accurate and that the agreed-upon terms will be honored. Because of our experience, we chose not to move forward and would not do business with this company in the future.

  Miklayla, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry for the confusion you experienced. In this case, our salesperson sent out an estimate prematurely before it went through our internal review process. Once he realized the estimate did not include the necessary project costs and profit, he immediately contacted you to explain that the initial number was incorrect and provided the accurate pricing. Importantly, no contract was ever signed, and no agreement was finalized based on that incorrect estimate. We never intend to mislead anyone, and we understand how frustrating it can be when a price changes, even at the estimate stage. We are using this situation as a training opportunity to reinforce our process: estimates must be fully reviewed and accurate before they’re sent, and any corrections need to be communicated clearly and respectfully. Our goal is to be transparent about pricing and to make sure homeowners feel confident in every step of the process. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best with your project

  We hired Millwood Roofing & Co. for water-damage siding and fascia repair. The quotes kept changing - from $2,800 for all rotted wood replaced to around $6,300 for what was described as major framing repair. After cutting into the garage drywall myself, I found the framing was still the old, original boards — not replaced as claimed. Chase, the project manager, was difficult to reach and missed multiple appointments. The construction debris then sat in our yard for nearly two weeks with no updates. He said he’d come to review the work but instead sent the debris crew, saying they could answer my questions — they couldn’t. After reaching out to the company directly and getting no response, Chase responded and came out the next day, about three weeks after the project ended. I showed him the rotted wood still left and a board sticking out about ¾ inch. When I pointed it out, he questioned, “That was us?” One of his own photos even showed that same board circled before replacement — but the crew had just cut a rotted board in half and replaced only part of it. He told me they only repaired the spots shown in their photos, even though every invoice stated all rotted wood would be replaced. He then said it would cost another $1,200 just to “cut ties” and leave the project unfinished.

From the very first call, their team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They came out quickly for a free inspection, explained everything clearly without any pressure, and provided a fair, detailed quote. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took great care of our property — they even cleaned up every bit of debris before leaving.

  Millwood was the company we chose to take care of the hail and wind damage we had in April of 2025. This company has been excellent from the beginning!! Construction messes were all cleaned up nicely. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. It was a challenge due to almost every house in our neighborhood had damage. Thank you Austin, Stephan, and Brylan for professional excellent service and a job well done!!
