Avoid this business. Howard came out to give me an estimate to replace my two skylights with newer glass. While he was nice, didn’t go on the roof to check the measurements or see what it would take to replace them. He said I’d get a quote in a few days. TWO WEEKS weeks go by and I decide to call Howard. He apologizes and says I would have a quote the next day. ANOTHER MONTH goes by and I call the office to ask what’s going on. They said I’d get a quote the next day, which I did. $8,641 is what they wanted to replace two basic flat glass skylights, which is clearly an offer given because they didn’t want the job. Between the complete lack of accountability / professionalism and laughable price, I went with another vendor who charged half that.

We had a leaking patio cover that was ruining our furniture, and after a local handyman tried and failed to repair it we realized we had to call in the professionals. Based on a ton of research regarding quality and price we called Mike's roofing for a quote, which came in below what we feared, so we okayed them for the job. Ignacio coordinated everything, and Francisco was very helpful as well. As a team these guys were great -- helpful, courteous, with amazing attention to detail. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them for any roofing job, large or small. You won't go wrong.

I can't imagine there is a roofer that knows his craft like Mike and his team. I was very happy and impressed with the work they did and at a very fair price.

I had a new roof installed by Mike's Roofing and Building about 4-5 years ago. The price was great! Tony, my estimator, was great to work with and had great customer service. The tear off and installation crew was polite and they did a great job. The installation was about a week, they cleaned up everything up when they were done. I am still very happy with the work especially with all of the recent heavy rains, I have had no problems with the roof. It also gives me peace of mind to do business with a roofing company that has been in business for over 40 years. NONE of the other companies I had out to give estimates were in business that long and didn't give much of a warranty. Many thanks to Mike, Tony and everyone at Mike's Roofing for a job well done.
