Apartment complex hired these guys to do roofing. Workers set up NO hazard warnings while working and proceeding to throw, from 4 stories up, shingles, rusty nails, screws, metal gutters, and other roof debris into a public area and private domains. (Open patios). When confronted about the unsafe conditions of doing such work I was laughed at and mocked. They then continued to litter public space and patios with debris for the rest of the day. Unprofessional and unsafe workers. Do no hire unless you are looking for a half assed cheap fix.

The owner of the company is a self centered male that uses slaves as personal gain. And just so it’s official what did you tell me when you were trying to pay the other guy the majority of the square pay? Yes I drive a 2017 Silverado LT and osha will eventually get to you.

It took a long time to get a hold of the company to even set up a date, I had to call them several times before they even set up an appointment. They also didn't show up for their appointment or call me to let me know that were not going to make the appointment. Completely unprofessional company and should not be used.

Midwest Roofing Co is a roofing company that we would highly recommend. They have been in the business for over 30 years offering both residential and commercial roofing services. The Owner, Darren Tangen, believes in integrity, work ethic and that the Customer is #1. They are true professionals who care about their customers and their roofing experience. Customer satisfaction is a high priority. We enjoyed doing business with Jackson, Daniel and his crew. Thank you Midwest Roofing Co for our beautiful roof. If you need a new roof please call them. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 16 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 16, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
