Working with Ben was a pleasure. What I expected to be a stressful ordeal was not in the least. Ben and the team worked with my insurance company and explained every step of the process to my wife and I. Still can't believe a completely new roof with a skylight could be finished in one day. And it looks great!

I contacted Midwest after incurring damage from high winds. They were responsive and the rep they sent, Ryan Trout, was very helpful. I would have been overwhelmed with fighting insurance to cover the expense, but Ryan knew how to navigate through everything and worked with me to get things taken care of. All I had to cover was my deductible. I highly recommend!
