Came out for a roof leak estimate but never sent me an estimate. Instead told me the job was too SMALL and they did not have time to fix it. Busy with bigger jobs for more $$$. I called and texted twice- promised to email me the estimate. Never happened. Total IGNORANCE. My roof is still not fixed. Very disappointing experience! It must be all about big bucks with them.

We, King of Glory Lutheran Church, were having issues with our roof for years and other companies just put a band aid on the problem, never really solving what the underlying issue was. We called Midwest Elite Restoration and they came in and took the time to really get to the bottom of it. Ended up replacing our roof and they gave us a great deal. The customer service was beyond excellent- highly recommend this company! King of Glory Lutheran Church
